Great when it works but usually doesn’t
Every time I open the app my diffuser isn’t connected. You have to add it every time you use the app. Terrible.
App still doesn’t work
After creating a completely new app, the app is still a pos. It detects my scentiment (finally!!!) however, it won’t connect because it says my battery is low (it’s full and plugged in). Just garbage.
Struggling with Consistency
While I love the scents and the way these products make my home smell, I've been disappointed with the app and pairing experience. My Mini diffuser paired without much trouble, but it doesn't consistently follow the schedule I've set. The Air 2 diffuser has been even more frustrating—it often struggles to pair and doesn't always stay connected. Although I've managed to pair it in the past, the process took a very long time and was far more difficult than it should be. Like the Mini, it also has issues reliably following scheduled settings.
Considering the price of these products, the software experience significantly lacks. I can still operate the diffusers manually, but one of the main reasons I purchased them was for the app-based scheduling and control features. Unfortunately, those features have not worked as expected and the technology needs significant improvements. I hope the company addresses these software bugs because the diffusers themselves are excellent build quality and the scent quality is outstanding.

I love my machine. Convenient with this app as well. There’s so many sense to pick from I love it.
Garbage
They sold me something for $200 saying that you can program it through an app you cannot the app does not work. They sold it to me with an app not even functioning now they’ve redone the app. You can connect my Bluetooth, but you still can’t program it it’s a bait and switch by the hotel scent one!
App doesn't work
This app is horrible I have had so many problems connecting my diffuser to the app. There are no settings in there to delete the device or reset your oil levels like they say. It's just doesn't work I've spent hours and hours trying to get it to work it's frustrating. As much as I spent on that diffuser and the app doesn't work and neither does the diffuser. Very frustrating I think I would be better off buying a cheap one! If I could give it a zero star I would

Not working as scheduled
This app does not allow you to set scheduled times! It keeps misting on its own and not as scheduled!

Since the update it say my actual diffuser has an update. No joke I have tried to download the update at least 75 times. It fails every time. Since that my diffuser is completely useless. It will not stay on and work properly without the update apparently

Connecting
So I received one as a gift and love it! Ordered 2 smaller ones for bedrooms.. I’ve been troubleshooting for 17 days and finally deciding I just need to return and they will not because it’s supposed to be returned within 14 days! They will not stay connected and one I just set it in a bedroom in came on when first connected and now it’s not working at all! I even paid for the protection and they will not let me speak to a human and/or replace the 2 minis! These are pricy and I’m irritated that it’s only a 14 day window when I paid extra for protection! I simply wanted a replacement

Terrible app
The app connected fine at install. Says updating firmware and won’t update. Says install failed. Now it won’t connect and my phone is right next to it. This is the worst!!

Paired in under a minute and works like a charm! Love!
Schedule Issues
I have the HVAC 2 system. The schedule works great to turn on but when it needs to shut off it never does. It waste so much oil when we don’t need it on.
Horrible Connection
The diffusers NEVER connect to the app. It always says no connection so I have to turn all 4 of my diffusers on every morning. It’s really annoying and such an inconvenience.
Waste of money and horrible app
My diffusers connect to my wifi and Bluetooth. The app continues to say the firmware needs to be updated. I’ve tried to update at least 6 times. It takes 4 minutes each time. At the end, it says the update can’t be completed. I called customer support and they were no help. They asked me to open a ticket on a link they emailed me and said they would call me within 48 hours. Customer service is not the companies strong suit.

Bad. Just Bad.
You almost have to try to make an app this bad. There is no way to unpair/unlink/delete a diffuser. The Smart Scheduling feature does not work whatsoever. The diffusers just run, ignoring any and all schedules you might assign. The diffuser update feature is also horrible. Overall, a bad experience with an even worse app and product.

Yes, I bought several of these three to be exact. Can’t get any of them to connect to the Wi-Fi so I try Bluetooth and it connects and it sets certain loads and loads and loads won’t do an update pretty much stopped working not satisfied with the product at all.
