Doesn’t function!
Was able to make an account through their website. The app will not function at all for my wife or I. Unfortunate. Hopefully this gets fixed l because a product this nice and expensive should be able to work as promised.
Horrible app
Can’t actually login. The OTP never sends. You can login from the website but not from the app because of this issue. Inconvenient and completely frustrating

Glad to see the app improve and function as it should. They worked with me and now I don’t have any issues with the app!
Only allows four schedules
Was liking the app until I tried to setup a schedule to have the diffuser run for 5 mins every two hours and the app stopped me at four schedules. Why block the user that way? It makes no sense!
Please fix to allow unlimited, or up to ten schedules.

APP doesn’t work
I have wasted so many hours of my life and emails back-and-forth trying to get this app connected to the diffuser and on a schedule. It continues to say “firmware update in progress” … I fell for the social media marketing and regret it.
Not connecting
This app is not connecting to my diffuser. It says it’s empty when it is full. It’s not connecting. Not able to use it at all before or after the update.
I guess I’ll just have to use the remote. Glad I got the BOGO or I would have felt like I really wasted my money. $40.00 is about what I would have paid for a simple difference of this size, and I have and it has more settings then this one.

Ughhh device not connecting
I have 2 diffusers 1st one connected without an issue it the 2nd device keeps giving me ,your device battery is running low - so it doesn’t it connect. Mind you I’ve had it charging overnight. I have the current update on app do not sure what to do next. It’s so Frustrating
Good but app needs
Good but app needs ability to have more schedules. My diffuser gets too strong if it runs for more than 15 min at the time. I would like to be able to schedule it to run 5 - 10 minutes every hour or so.

I like the diffuser but the App is horrible. The set up costs too much money to not be efficient. The app also needs some things added to it.

the worst app i ever used. if id known this i woulda never bought this. im not even going to reccomend you all anymore because yall do not care about us after we purchased the device. this is not working well with my automation
Love machine-app is horrible
The app is garbage. Works poorly - the shop function - I put one thing in the cart and won’t allow me to continue shopping. Constantly tapping the buttons in the app and no response 😡
Scentiment app
Just purchased my new HVAC2 and was so excited to use. The app however is the worst. It unpairs from the device frequently though the day and completely loses ur schedules. Even when it is paired it disregards the schedule settings completely. You may as well just use the remote as the app is useless.

App is not consistent
I’ve set up my devices twice and lost them. It’s also not recognizing my login credentials.
Pretty useless
Sometimes one of my diffusers works on the schedule. Sometimes it doesn’t. The other one never works on the schedule times. And any time I turn it on manually at low, it just keeps turning it up to medium. This app is horrible. Buy a different diffuser and don’t waste your time with this app.
Connection and other issues
I am tired of this thing not connecting, and then choosing to connect whenever it wants. My Internet connection is fine and my phone chooses the 2.4 which even the app confirms. It’s just the final”handshake” at the end of trying to connect that is failing. So I cannot use this on Wi-Fi only Bluetooth. And devices sometimes show that they are off when they are not, also, diffusers seem to come on or turn off whenever they want. And, the gauge for the level of oil says empty when it’s completely Do better.

App is terrible
The app is terrible the product is great. It would be amazing if the app worked so I can get all of my diffusers on a schedule. It won’t connect to wifi or won’t save the schedule or etc
