I’m a consultant and much prefer this over the wax bars because I get extreme olfactory fatigue with the wax & these cartridges prevent that. Scentsy please let us convert our Scentsy club subscriptions to the new liquid cartridges

2.4ghz WiFi
It was a little frustrating at first because the device wouldn’t connect. Did some Googling to figure out my WiFi was on 5ghz, and the Solo needs 2.4ghz. I chatted with my internet customer service who somehow temporarily changed it to 2.4 while I connected the Solo and it worked. My wifi is back to 5ghz, but the Solo “reads” 2.4ghz.

This needs to work on the 5 Hz routers. I essentially can’t use my Sensi home because it won’t connect to my router.

I’m so thrilled with this ability to control home fragrance even when I’m away from home! I can dial it up or down! It’s super easy and I can schedule scent so when I get home my house is fresh and also ready for guests and occasions! I love it!!! This app is perfect!
Cannot connect device to app
I was ready to absolutely love the app feature but because my WiFi is 5 GHz the app is completely useless. While I can still use the device manually, I have no access to changing/using the device light features or fragrance abilities. The app and device needs to be compatible for both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz WiFi networks.
