Bring back old app

What equal opportunity backwater community college did you get your programmers from? Your website stinks. It doesn’t work unless you are in a pc. And This app is so clunky I dread going on it every day. The old app was buggy but at least navigation was easy. Check for and Picking up overtime was so easy on old app. On this it’s like 4 extra steps.

Broken

App is giving Error Core 504 and the App Support website page doesn’t work and gives Error Code 404 “Page Not Found

Big Improvement

The new Schedule Express app is a huge improvement over the old version. It’s faster, easier to use, and everything loads instantly. I can see my schedule, check for updates, and get notified when changes happen without having to log in on my computer. The layout makes sense, and it’s clear the app was rebuilt with real users in mind. Really like the latest update which added the operational view which shows everyone who is scheduled to work.

Worse than before

Available Overtime doesn’t show on calendar now it’s a separate option. Then you have select the individual overtime posted to see more details such as where OT assignment will be. Biometric log in does not work. Requires a password every time.

Still needs work

In the View Overtime tab, DATE, TIME, and DAY is available to be seen for available assignments, but not LOCATION. Knowing “where” the overtime will be is just as important as where out when. Please add this info to the description without having to expand the info tab.

Terrible App

The old schedule express app, wasn’t great and had issues. The new one is even worse. Harder to navigate, doesn’t show available overtime on specific days anymore. What a joke of an app.

New app but less functionality

While the new app looks pretty, the inability to view the full schedule or preform any supervisory functions renders this useless for any supervisor or administrator

While our first release focused on employee features, the latest update introduces the Operational Schedule (Single Day View), allowing users to view all employee schedules for a selected day (based on agency permissions). Crashes Alot

Ever since iOS 16, this version freezes and crashes constantly. The graphical interface is also subpar and not user friendly at times because of the amount of swiping needed.

very glitchy since 11-20-2022

App usually okay. Online and App interface takes a while to link up some times. Very glitcy since 10/20/2022. No new updates available

Malfunctions on multiple occasions

Logged me off and won’t allow me to log back in. Spin wheel of death. Don’t know how many times I’ve attempted re downloaded and attempted to login… can’t see my schedule.

Horrible

I am forced to use this app to get overtime at my job. They send out the listing with a email or text from this app. First the app only refreshes every so often so when I new listing comes out it doesn't show up. I have to force quit the app and reload it. There is no pull to refresh, or manual button. No updates not even trying to make it better.
