Locked up.
The app opens on my phone and just sits there locked up. Won’t let me log in or create an account. Can’t use it unfortunately which is really annoying.

Frustrating app
Logs you out every time you go to use it while not saving your password. Challenging to switch filters to switch between seeing your own schedule and seeing your co-workers.
Amazing platform keeps our team in sync
We’ve been using Schedule it for a little over a year now to manage our Research team schedules at AnswerLab, a UX research firm. Our goal from the start was to sync key events with corresponding milestones in Salesforce. After discovering their capable API and Zapier integration we jumped in and got to work.
Their support was fantastic, answering my various questions as well as making adjustments on their end to accommodate requests I had to make my automation work better. I couldn’t believe how helpful they were and still are to this day to help their customers.
Our sync between Schedule it and Salesforce is still going strong and allows all of our team to work in their schedules in Schedule it which is drop dead easy to use and understand.
I use the mobile app when I’m on the go and it’s nice to have this capability when I’m not at my desk.
It would be great if they allowed us to have smart filters so that we could easily keep an eye on all projects with a certain client. Hopefully they add this type of functionality in the future.
Bottom line is Schedule is fantastic and so is the app. Their customer service is top notch and they have great documentation. I am a very pleased customer.

A great system for communicating centrally planned works to mobile employees
Great for mobile workers to monitor and track job schedule. Works best when job allocation is centrally managed from the desktop / online platform rather than a standalone app. App is currently being developed. Developers great at implementing suggestions for change / improvements.
