What a horrible app. Could never get it to work. Guess should have figured seeing the website is garbage too. Use BAND instead.
Biggest Joke of a App
This app is unusable. Why school districts continue to use this is beyond me. It should be deleted off every App Store.

Unable to remove games
My grandson is playing JV, though Modified games keep popping up. I’ve attempted to delete them. It’s not a possibility. I’ve deleted the app and have tried to create a new one. Unable to do that, says the email is in use. Frustrating to see so many games that aren’t his!
Terrible design
The format is terrible. The filter button is so high on the screen that it’s not usable. I can’t get previous schedules to go away even though I’ve unsubscribed. It could be great but it’s not yet.
Can’t deselect sport
No long want to follow bowling for a school. Bowling games continue to show in schedule. Blowing is not subscribed too for any school. No way to clear unwanted games.
Worst app possible
Please update this! How is there no ability to sync to your calendar? Why do I have to see all sports if I’m subscribed to the ones I need?
App design needs work!
The app works ok but any time a menu needs to be selected the location of the tap area is too close to the top or bottom of the screen and cannot be selected. The menu buttons need to be moved up or down away from the top/bottom of the screen.
Worst UX
Did anyone actually test this. The app doesn’t scale right in an iPhone and they put the action button to close to the Dynamic Island. Practically unusable.
Not Working Properly
The app hasn’t been updated in four years, yet our school district still insists on using it. On my iPhone 14, the top buttons simply don’t work, I’m guessing because of the screen layout and conflict with the clock and such. This makes it impossible to filter or add to favorites, rendering an already clunky and confusing app even more cumbersome.

Terrible app with what seems like zero updates
I am beginning to hate this app. I have unsubscribed from all sports ect but past subscriptions keep popping up depending on the sports season. I have logged out logged in deleted the app and redownloaded it. I’m so over this stupid app but that’s all anyone uses here. There is no support on the app so I have completed a contact form on the website but I am also not holding my breath to see anything fixed.
It’s frustrating trying to fish through games that don’t pertain to my son just to find his games. This happens for all sports fall with football showing modified and varsity practice and games, basketball showing 7th grade basketball, modified basketball and JV, and now baseball has starting showing up and I’m not subscribed to anything. I don’t even want to subscribe to it.
I can’t filter it to the specific team either since that doesn’t work as it will show every single spring sport the school offers including girls and boys sports.
Just very frustrating because if the is would be corrected the app is good when coaches actually use it to update practices and games. But due to it being so glitchy most coaches are just texting players personally which is always fun to get teenagers to communicate any updates in a timely fashion vs a text 5 min before something starts because there were time changes for practice or games.

Go to website to unsubscribe from old teams
Love the app. Can’t unsubscribe from old teams on the app. Finally figured it out. Go to the schedule galaxy website and log in. You can unsubscribe from there and it saves to the app.
Subscription issue
I absolutely love the app, the only downfall after using for a few years is that it will not allow you to unsubscribe from an activity after the year has passed. So you will see on your schedule events for sports your child may no longer be in but when you go to your subscriptions it will not show up to be able to unsubscribe to. So that sport and it’s events will always be on your feed. Hopefully they find a fix for it, I have tried logging out and back in, subscribing to the sport and unsubscribing, nothing will fix it.

im on varsity now and thats the schedule i want but the games from jv and modified still show up even though i am not subscribed to them.
Terrible app
The app doesn’t function. The screen is too large so when I click on something, the “Back” button is way up in the left corner by the time on my phone and I can’t click it so every time I view something I have to close out the app and reopen it to get back to the Home Screen. The subscription function doesn’t work. If I choose Varsity Football it subscribes to JV Football and if I subscribe to JV it subscribes to JV. But course, because this app is being paid for with mostly tax dollars, it will probably be like the roads and never get fixed.

Filter by team
Just downloaded today. It won’t filter by team. Even when I subscribe to a specific team, it won’t show only those teams practices and games. Hard to follow when it shows every single team for the school when I only need one.

Potential but currently not great
The app could be very useful but currently some pretty basic features don’t even seem to work. I will be sticking to the website to view schedules and export to my calendar.

The app is pretty terrible actually.
It should have a sort function like the website so you can sort on specific teams within the school and see them on a calendar vs just a listing of all teams and all games. Better off just bookmarking the website.

Terrible design
I only want to see one specific team’s schedule, but this app won’t keep my filters and I end up seeing all the teams. And the filters don’t even work well.
