Interesting to see all the bad reviews. But they appear to be super old reviews. This app works just fine on my end. It’s not beautiful, but it does what it’s supposed to do.
Flight schools- Do Not Use
This app is so clunky and difficult to use. It crashes all the time you cannot add pilots through your phone only through the desktop version and if there’s not a strong Internet connection, the app does not work. Stay away from this app and program do not give them any of your money!
Bum app
This app is trash, never lets me sign in with the correct passwords it is a scam and a pain to use. Even when you get in to it, the layout is complicated and stupid. Don’t use!!!

I do not understand what is this app. How to signed up how to you use it. Completely nonsense.
Hot garbage
My availability has changed and i cannot change it on the scheduling system except day by day. So instead of being able to block of every single sunday, i now have to “schedule” my former availabilities on each and every sunday. Blocks only show either type or name, so either “intro” with no name, or a students last name with no type.
This could be far better find something else.

App version does not sync with calendars
It works ok, but if you want to have your iCal also show the event, you must schedule only through the web portal, not this app, which is a big disappointment, and a rude surprise if you are relying on the calendar sync.
(Of course, to sync with your calendar using the web browser version, you have to select Sync Calendar on My Profile > Pilot)
I do have the app, but only to look at my schedule, since it keeps your login credentials, which is nice. Going through the web portal all the time requires a sign-in every time.

Don’t waste your time
Constantly crashes when doing the most basic functions. Just use your web browser instead.
Get’s the job done
So far I didn’t see any bugs, easy to schedule and view your schedules. I don’t know what it has low ratings but it’s good

Just had to reinstall the app as the saved credentials no longer worked (they did on the website); after the re-install it worked as before.
My main usability complaint is that the left column and top row are not fixed when scrolling through a big schedule, like the Freeze Panes function in major spreadsheet applications.
But by and large any dedicated app is usually better than their webpage versions.

It NEEDS FIX
The new update didn’t even fix up the problem when choosing time to schedule the time for the airplane or instructor. I still have to go to the website to schedule. Ex: you can’t pick 7am or 1pm.

Using iPad, put in account and password, and it doesn’t work.

Works as it should
Works just as expected, I’m not sure if they’ve updated it since some of bad reviews but it seems to work without any issues.
Good product
I have noticed some reviews that say this is not a good product. I completely disagree. Yes the home screen is blank when it is on programmed. You simply hit the three lines at the top right hand corner select my schedule and that’s it. From this point you schedule your aircraft it populates what is available and you punch in your time you want. It is so simple and easy I guarantee you my five-year-old can do it. Good job

Does not work
I have been trying to use this app for years now. Not once has it ever opened properly. I have tried on several different iPhones to no avail.
Keeps Crashing
Can’t get it to open up because it keeps crashing. Redownloaded and still having the same issue.
Doesn’t work for IPhone
App doesn’t allow me to login on my iPhone, only my computer. When attempting to login on my phone it says: “Invalid credentials, please try again”. But I know it’s the correct username and password because it works correctly on my laptop.
So far, totally useless
Just installed the app on my iPad, and upon launching it, it asks for my login information. I enter my login name and password, and notice there is no way to continue! I hit ‘return’ after entering my password, but nothing happens. And, there is nothing available to press in order to continue. Did the developer even test the app after they wrote it?

They took an already bad app and made it worse.
Not intuitive and cumbersome to use. When you open the app, the home screen is blank. You have to tap on the menu button just to load the daily schedule. They took out the ability to skip forward and back by week, which I used a lot. If you want to skip ahead to a specific date by tapping on the calendar, it gives you a scroll wheel with no days of the week listed. Furthermore, my school schedules by odd hour blocks (i.e.: 11am-1pm, 1pm-3pm etc.) but the app allows only even hour blocks (12pm-2pm, 2pm - 4pm) rendering the app basically useless for scheduling. All I can use it for since the update is viewing my upcoming scheduled sessions and cancelling. What ever instructors and/or aircraft you want to see has to be set up as a “custom” schedule on the desktop. Want to see an instructor you don’t normally work with? You can’t. You have to get on the computer or iPad to change it. This isn’t new, but a crappy feature from the previous versions. I wish my school would just switch to a different system already.
