Frustrating
As of right now I have been signed out and lost over a dozen accounts and currently can’t add anything to my cart. They have great products but just gets frustrating.
ALL AROUND BEST
Scheels is the best sporting goods store in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Whether you use the App - have delivered or pick up - or visit the store in person. Always great service and selection!!
Love Scheels!
App is easy to use and always seems to have what I need.
App review
App is great with a Scheels card.
App and customer service poor
The app and live chat customer service is terrible. It’s impossible to chat with a real person. The apps price match doesn’t work. The app says free shipping and then when you check out it switch’s it and tries to charge $20 for shipping. (Was trying to buy a fishing combo rod). No stars.
Use sportsman’s warehouse or amazon.

Figure out a way to not require app updates to open the app
I get notifications, hey look a sale! Then I try to open the app and bam. Update required. Lame. Now the iOS notification has been acknowledged and disappears. The sale link or whatever reason you gave me to open the app is gone. Now I don’t care. It’s a useless app if that is the repeated use case. You require app updates so frequently to open the app that by the time I update it, I don’t care to open it anymore anyways.

The new ap
I don’t want a new ap. But you insist anyway.
Best store
Great products and staff.
SCHEELS Gift Cards
So easy to shop gift cards!
All around great
App easy to use, always making it easy to find items.
App
Easy to navigate and easy to use.
Waste of time
I just wasted 20 minutes trying to change my password, which didnt work. Then it wouldn’t find my store. Lame
1st Class
This app is amazing making ordering easy and payment. I wish this store was closer so I could actually visit in person but the online experience will have to do!! For now
Love It
The app is easy to navigate and very convenient. The “Store Pick-Up” option has let me check (before I go into the store) to see if they have it available or not. I can’t go in to Scheels without walking around for at least an hour, Lol. But knowing ahead of time that what I’m looking for is there is very reassuring.

Review
Great website, got lots of things you could from out doors to sports and etc.
Great service
👍🏾
Slow, hard to navigate, always has errors when adding stuff to cart.
Slow app. Terrible navigation. Errors all the time. I like Scheels, but I will not be buying anything online anymore because this app is a straight up disaster.
Can only view 1000 items
Can’t view all items in any category not the easiest to find stuff if you don’t know what you’re looking for unless you’re willing to look but even if you try if there’s more than 1000 items you can see it all and you can’t filter in ways to view it all either
