This app is amazing making ordering easy and payment. I wish this store was closer so I could actually visit in person but the online experience will have to do!! For now

The app is easy to navigate and very convenient. The “Store Pick-Up” option has let me check (before I go into the store) to see if they have it available or not. I can’t go in to Scheels without walking around for at least an hour, Lol. But knowing ahead of time that what I’m looking for is there is very reassuring.

Slow, hard to navigate, always has errors when adding stuff to cart.
Slow app. Terrible navigation. Errors all the time. I like Scheels, but I will not be buying anything online anymore because this app is a straight up disaster.
Can only view 1000 items
Can’t view all items in any category not the easiest to find stuff if you don’t know what you’re looking for unless you’re willing to look but even if you try if there’s more than 1000 items you can see it all and you can’t filter in ways to view it all either

Ok - Unless there’s a sale
Every time there is a sale or special event the app does not appear to be able to withstand the necessary bandwidth to support the users. There is significant latency and the app will error out and not add things to your cart or just empty the cart for not reason.
