Great, but...

I've tried a lot of Schengen calculator tools. By far the best I've found is the web browser version of this app. However, it's necessary to be careful as that version contains bugs (such as the absence of February 2025 and the double-appearance of March 2025).

I would honestly pay good money for a reliable app that offered the following:

1. A strong sense that I can trust it without having to double- and triple-check everything for possible errors

2. Good visual feedback in real time as changes are made to the dates of proposed future trips, as offered by the web browser version

3. Clear explanations of why the calculations are as they are. One of the hardest things about dealing with Schengen is the apparent lack of logic in it. It's so complicated to work out that it's almost impossible to be confident of any information offered by any app. That's why I'm using three separate calculators, just to be sure they all agree. The consequences of getting it wrong are potentially so severe (i.e. being banned for a long time from the Schengen area if one overstays) that one has to have total confidence in any app. Clear explanations of how the calculations are made, along with a total absence of bugs and errors, would really help in this regard.

This app gets close, but I'm still looking for the ultimate Schngen app that tells me what I need to know, helps me plan my future trips, and, most importantly, that I can trust 100%.

Not accurate

5 different apps used plus a manual count all show that I have 3 days left. Yours shows 2 days left. All the others can’t be wrong surely?..

Not accurate

Previously used, and still use a spread sheet, has lost me 20 days, over a year of multiple visits, 12, so sorry can not be relied upon. Pity, there are others who require payments and if as inaccurate a waste of time and money, so I will stick with a spreadsheet!

Not counting November dates

I added 21 days November 2021 and 15 days January 2022. Telling me I’ve still got 75 days left?!?! Doesn’t seem to be counting the November dates though they are still within 180 days ago. Surely I only have 54 days remaining?

I think I understand now. So as it’s a rolling count if I stay from today 75 days the November dates are being removed within this time period.
