App and service are fairly decent and reliable. Unfortunately there’s occasionally drivers that will either accept your job 10-15 minutes before actually making their way towards you, and others that sometimes overcharge you.

40+ minutes late

I’ve had to wait 40+ minutes for my taxi at Gatwick Airport, had to call several times and was even asked to pay more than the fixed price on the app. Terribly disappointing.

Most of the times my driver needs to call the office to find out the price . Some times this delays me and miss my train. It’s right for the client to know the price also in advance.
