AI SLOP APP
Another grocery store that decided that they “needed” to add an AI chatbot to an app FOR GROCERY REWARDS AND COUPONS. Don’t give them another penny and shop at Dierbergs
Personalized Savings!
The personalized savings feature makes the app super useful. It shows me items that I typically purchase that are on sale, have coupons or bonus rewards points.
Then I can just add the items to my cart and pick up my order curbside an hour later. 👍

Get AI OFF
Why would a grocery app need AI? Why waste our resources, which our vital to your stores for unnecessary AI?!? Get it off or let me shut it off.
Makes Shopping Easier
Makes my life easier! I use to check in store inventory, light up the shelf tag when I’m in store, curbside and delivery ordering, and checking the weekly add. Not to mention love clipping my coupons for extra savings

Love my Schnucks Rewards!
Schnucks Rewards makes grocery shopping so much better! I love being able to use Boost for extra savings, keep my shopping list right in the app and earn rewards while I shop. It makes saving money and staying organized so easy.
Not convenient at all
It often just puts all my items into a list, but won’t let me move it to my cart, which is absolutely ridiculous

I really enjoy this app but the clipped coupons never work for me unless I get help from an associate
Taking Your Data
Let it be known that the Schnucks Rewards app no longer allows you to be using a VPN and access all portions of their app. The only logical conclusion is that this app is scrapping your location data and other information to figure out how to gouge you even more. You don’t need unfettered access to who I am and where I’m at at all times.

Currently disappointed
For my past few purchases, I have not earned any rewards. My rewards balance stays at $1, despite purchases over $200. I check the app when I leave the store to check my earnings, but the rewards stay at $1. I’ve changed how I redeem rewards to require the in-app barcode be scanned to rule out my rewards being distributed or used elsewhere. Otherwise, I have LOVED this app and earning rewards. Not getting the rewards decreases my satisfaction rating.

Unable to load coupons and the cashier knew nothing about it. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Will be limiting my visits to this store
Extremely useful
The app has tons of amazing feature to make the in store shopping experience that much better. From being able to find a products location to flashing the light on an electronic shelf label. The point system is easy to track and the point boosts are realistic for my shopping!

Hello I’ve been locked out my account for a month! Every-time I request reset password it never comes to my email!
Beware
Switches between Schnucks Now and Instacart without notification. Prices go up when cart empties and you go to place item back in cart.
App frequently doesn’t work
App frequently fails to load the deals page, fails to load the page when you try and look something up. With every update I hope it gets better and never does. Even when it sends you notifications about deals it will show up for a second and then crash. I don’t use it as often as I would like because of all the issues.
