Worst app and website I’ve ever used.

It’s incredibly buggy with or without WiFi/service. Both the app AND the website states to complete your profile to get recommended for more surveys. I’ve finished everything and have yet to get a survey. The “welcome” survey was already closed and not taking answers anymore. Make that make sense. The game “rewards” are practically impossible if you can’t be on your phone 24/7 AND requires in app purchases to progress. Would not recommend wasting your time.
