Vraiment dommage, j’aurais souhaité acheter mes billets sur l’App et les avoir à portée de main, mais l’App ne s’ouvre pas après l’installation.
J’ai tenté de supprimer et réinstaller l’App à 2 reprises, mais sans succès.

Blank screen
I have downloaded this app twice and both times nothing loads all I have is a blank white screen. I have deleted it for the second time and won’t bother trying again.
Royal pain
The palace will be great, but a royal pain to buy a ticket.

Ticketkauf umständlich und nur mit Kreditkarte. Verlangt persönliche Daten, die zum Kauf nicht erforderlich sind, und fragt dann nach Bewertung der App, in dem Moment, indem man den QR-Code vor den Scanner halten will. Daher nur ein Stern.
A great addition for your visit
The app is great for navigating the palace gardens while providing information about everything around you. While I didnt use it to buy the tickets, the app was great for everything else.

Fehlbuchung
App bricht während Bezahlvorgang der Tickets mit Fehlermeldung ab. Abgebucht wird trotzdem, obwohl keine Tickets erzeugt wurden.
Mussten dann trotzdem am Schalter Tickets holen und laufen jetzt dem von der App abgebuchten Geldbetrag hinterher. Nervig und zeitaufwendig! Bucht keine Tickets über die App !!!

Easy to use, but drains battery
Great app, worked seamlessly throughout the park. However, background location use and other battery-draining features could be reduced - had to leave the castle grounds early because phone was dying (usually lasts the entire day and some), which was a shame.
Poor
After paying a 44€ ticket you get an app by which a computer reads the info, quite terrible. Usability mess.
