Barely Usable
The app frequently has trouble loading, getting stuck on a white screen. If you are lucky enough to get it to load and it hasn’t randomly logged you out, then each page and input takes nearly a minute to process and load.
Ordering a week’s worth of meals for my child often takes over 20 minutes as the app is no longer able to run.

Awful.
Can’t order my children’s meal. Tried everything. I think my two will go to pack lunches from home. My other children at different schools pick their meals on the day and I receive a bill and then pay, much better than this. Nightmare. Never used such an annoying app
Wouldn’t let me login, so reset password twice and still kept saying it’s wrong when it’s not, then I reregistered only to find, it won’t show the school my child is at I can’t do nothing further, have a new child starting this year and with my second child having severe allergies to certain food, it’s so frustrating and disappointing took up almost 2 hours of my time and still haven’t achieved nothing, considering the reviews it’s clear I’m not the only one with problems

Useless app. Money taken, child’s name often not on list.
Easy to use
Easy to use. My 6yr old goes on at the weekend and chooses her lunch for the week. The pictures are cute and clear perfect for both her and I. Haven’t used the payment function yet so couldn’t comment.
Good in app experience but logs you out a lot
The in app use is good it’s clear to use gives you easy top ups and review modes so no issues.
It’s a pain that it logs you out so frequently and does detract from the app.

Quick and simple
This has been the easiest thing to sort my kids school lunches out since they started! Can sit there in the weekend and go through ordering their lunches for the week and they can pick and choose. Or if they’re not sure on what the options are I can explain it- rather then them struggling at school to choose without knowing fully what they are

Adds the balance instantly and always get an email confirming the meals ordered. Meals can easily be changed/cancelled as and when too.

Simple enough to use, straight forward, quick to use and easy to follow however password doesn’t save to my phone after use which Is frustrating.

From first use I can see some improvements. However, after so many uses it does log me out and I can’t save the password.
The process of ordering the meals is smooth and I’ve always found it easy enough to edit meals chosen or delete meals when their is a school trip.
I would say to scroll through the dates it does glitch a little and sometimes requires several taps before moving to next date.

Not user-friendly, really complicated, I have used other apps in the past , they were brilliant, this app is very difficult and very confusing and very low budget app

This has been a great addition for school meals, very easy and user friendly
Simple and effective app
I have had a great experience with this app. My son can log in himself and he chooses what meals he wants to eat and on what days. Topping up the lunch fund account is super quick and easy too. Much better than having to scroll through a PDF to see the week’s menu. This has everything you need for quick reference. 🙌

Using this app for 2 years and happy with it so far.
Poor app
Not user friendly. Logging in is a faff and once in the interface is clunky. It delivers what it’s meant to on a basic level but in doing so gives a frustrating user experience.
Handy app to arrange my son’s school lunches
I have found the app easy to use. It’s very helpful to be able to book my son’s meals weeks in advance. It would be great if there could be a description of the meal and ingredients though.
