Barely Usable
The app frequently has trouble loading, getting stuck on a white screen. If you are lucky enough to get it to load and it hasn’t randomly logged you out, then each page and input takes nearly a minute to process and load.
Ordering a week’s worth of meals for my child often takes over 20 minutes as the app is no longer able to run.

Awful.
Can’t order my children’s meal. Tried everything. I think my two will go to pack lunches from home. My other children at different schools pick their meals on the day and I receive a bill and then pay, much better than this. Nightmare. Never used such an annoying app
Wouldn’t let me login, so reset password twice and still kept saying it’s wrong when it’s not, then I reregistered only to find, it won’t show the school my child is at I can’t do nothing further, have a new child starting this year and with my second child having severe allergies to certain food, it’s so frustrating and disappointing took up almost 2 hours of my time and still haven’t achieved nothing, considering the reviews it’s clear I’m not the only one with problems

Useless app. Money taken, child’s name often not on list.
Easy to use
Easy to use. My 6yr old goes on at the weekend and chooses her lunch for the week. The pictures are cute and clear perfect for both her and I. Haven’t used the payment function yet so couldn’t comment.
