Glitchy
Constantly drops. Have to press buttons up to 3 times to log in or out. Has to be reinstalled as it just hangs. Frustrating.
Unreliable
Too many times I have tried to access staff presence on the app and it freezes. A real safeguarding worry.

Dangerous product
No change management process communicated to IT Managers ahead of updates - support leaves dead ends with the evac feature regularly failing and users needing to recreate the database at critical evac times meaning licensing requirements for commercial premises can’t be met. After spending 5 years with their support team the same issues and bugs reappear overall a poor app which fails to deliver on the sales pitch

App keeps crashing
Recently the app keeps crashing. After downloading and signing in, the app can be used once, then once closed and re-opened it asks for Face ID or password, of the phone if you don’t allow Face ID, then just sits syncing. Delete app, download again and login, it’ll work one time. Not helpful for fire alarm evacuations. iPhone 16 pro, IOS 18.3.2 please fix. When it works, it’s great!
