Constantly drops. Have to press buttons up to 3 times to log in or out. Has to be reinstalled as it just hangs. Frustrating.
Unreliable
Too many times I have tried to access staff presence on the app and it freezes. A real safeguarding worry.

Dangerous product
No change management process communicated to IT Managers ahead of updates - support leaves dead ends with the evac feature regularly failing and users needing to recreate the database at critical evac times meaning licensing requirements for commercial premises can’t be met. After spending 5 years with their support team the same issues and bugs reappear overall a poor app which fails to deliver on the sales pitch

App keeps crashing
Recently the app keeps crashing. After downloading and signing in, the app can be used once, then once closed and re-opened it asks for Face ID or password, of the phone if you don’t allow Face ID, then just sits syncing. Delete app, download again and login, it’ll work one time. Not helpful for fire alarm evacuations. iPhone 16 pro, IOS 18.3.2 please fix. When it works, it’s great!

Everything at the palm of my hand!
I don’t know how we functioned before this app. I love how it gives us a real-time status update - quick, easy and super simple! The new office day function has also been really great for us as we’ve transitioned into a hybrid approach to working. I can book to go into the office 14 days in advance and it’s really easy for me to see who else is in! Building capacity limits are set by our HR within the app too, so there’s no risk of capacity getting too high. Love it!

Simple and user friendly
Very simple to use during fire evacuations and I love being able to see any of my pre booked visitors!
By far the best I’ve used!
As a school we’ve used multiple sign in systems (a few bad choices along the way!). Finally with InVentry we found the App is exactly what we needed! For us being able to actually tick off who is in the building and being able to do it from multiple devices at the same time is perfect, recommend using this if you’re struggling! Signing into site is also very useful on the App :)

Trips management & Evac
The app works brilliantly for both on site evacuations and class trips.
For off site trips we pull through parent contact info, dietary requirements and medical info which saves us hours of time preparing paper copies!

We use the InVentry anywhere app in our Secondary School for each of it’s purposes.
The fire evacuation is great & reliable, especially because it works off of 3G/4G and not WiFi!
The Trip Management is really useful too, as now we don’t have to carry around a plastic wallet with loads of documents in.
Pre-booking visitors from the app has also proved beneficial , giving visitors a more personalised feel with the wallet pass sign in.
Would definitely recommend using InVentry Anywhere.

Great time saver
Makes life so much easier for a number of everyday tasks. Great app
Simple and easy to use
Works great and Simple to use. I am working from home so tried to sign in. Said i was outside the sign-in area! So thats good so no going back the building to rescue people who are working from home!
The only minor thing was that on my big 12.9 iPad pro some of the text was small. But is was still very readable and most won’t have such big devises. Overall I would thoroughly recommend it :)

Critical app for critical needs
This app is so handy for both schools and businesses.
Solves the need for archaic paper based systems and is vital for the evacuations that may occur in day to day operations.

Much more than Evacuation!
The features in this app are great. The ability to sign in to my organisation from my phone, prebook visitors when I’m out and about and see signed in staff are a big help. During evacuation seeing vehicle registrations of visitors has helped when exists have been blocked, a must have app for Health and Safety.

Great app, would recommend!
So much help
We use this at our office and as a fire warden it makes life so much easier. Taking out boards and registers was always pointless and inconsistent but this app is linked to our sign in system and is completely accurate. Fortunately we’ve never had a real evacuation but if we do I am sure a quick and organised roll call will be very important to those dealing with fire safety.
