Nice concept if it worked
Joined as seemed a good idea. There is only one machine at my local Tesco near me. Every single time I open the app it says no connection. Reported and they say engineers will fix. But still nothing. Emailed and asked when it will be fixed and no reply.
Clunky, difficult to use, offline car washes not available
Really disappointed with this app - great potential but delivery is awful. App is slow, required subscription to start, and only then told me the car wash wasn’t connected. Tried to go via QR code instructions to use subscription manually - still nothing. Ended up paying by card and asking for a refund. Absolutely useless - avoid.

Most car washes say no connection
Worked first few times, but lately pretty much every car wash in local areas says no connection so you can’t purchase. Pretty rubbish really.
Waste of money
Never managed to get a wash with unlimited car wash subscription,,,, says ok but fails everytime.
Is this a scam?
I got this app/subscription to use at my local Tesco (listed on the app), then go to use it and it’s compeltly doesn’t work and the Tesco is advertising a slightly different app (clean car club+), emailed
