Really terrible app
Very poor app
During the login process to the app and afterwards when using the app it was incredibly slow and un-reactive. Several times I thought it had lost network connection because of the spinning ball in the app took so long to change pages.
The app is relatively unintuitive and takes some fumbling around to figure out. And some particularly silly faults like trying to send a feedback form to them the keyboard covers the send button so you can’t actually send it.
DO NOT subscribe - you will lose money

Please get in touch so that we can check your account, make sure your reports were replied to and refund any unused payments - ccc@daboom.com. Car washes do fail but this platform only receives payment when a user can wash their car so we are very keen to keep the car washes working!

We were exchanging emails with yourself about this subscription issue and sent you an email on 24th June offering to refund your subscription payment or refund the pay-as-you-go payment you made and give you two weeks subscription for free but, unfortunately, we did not receive a reply. Perhaps you could check to see if you received that offer? Either way the subscription payment was returned to you.
