Annoyingly the parking history only shows how many minutes was used for each car every parking session, NOT the total time in this current month OR when then the monthly allowance renews.
To work out how much time you have used, you have to look at the entire history and add up the minutes for the current period. And there’s no indication of when that starts or ends - so you have to guess.
This appears to be an App which justifies when a fine might be applied rather than any kind of help for users to manage their visitor parking allowance.
Also, it needs to be able to remember cars so you can park them again without trying to remember the reg. You have to type the reg each time and if you mistype it, your visitor could be fined; there’s no check on whether it actually matches a vehicle. You can’t even copy a previous one.
Plus it’s buggy. Clicking Park My Visitor doesn’t work first time, I have to click other buttons and the Hours button in Parking History does nothing.
I hope someone reads this and makes a serious attempt to make it useable.

Basic and does not cover all sites
The app is very busy and it doesn’t cover all areas they manage
Very basic
I had to download this app as where I live is now permit parking only. It works ok but very annoying you can’t save peoples car reg/name, rather than having to put it in every time. It would also be good if there was a way to set a reminder to end the session as I’m quite a forgetful person, so having a notification option at maybe 30 min intervals would be a really good idea, as I’m sure people would’ve forgotten to end their sessions like I almost did yesterday!

The worst App I have ever used
If you want to park in one of the car parks covered by this app you have to:
Have a utility bill on hand.
Have your passport or driver’s licence on hand.
Spend time filling in an onboarding form that doesn’t work - your address is unhelpfully pre filled in with car park addresses, so unless you live in a car park tough.
At this point I gave up. Utter shambles.
Number plate recognition does work and you will get a fine in the post.
There’s a 30p booking fee.
No Apple Pay so you need a physical card.
I can’t stress too much that a couple of pound coins was all you needed for parking.
