App most of the time doesn’t work as intended

This app is absolutely rubbish. 95% of the time, it doesn’t let you open the doors showing a “Failed attempt” banner.

Using alternative server from the settings doesn’t change anything

Doesn’t send me notifications at all for the intercom. Tried to delete the app and re-download but now it won’t even let me log in.

Need Help On How To Activate the App

I moved into a new apartment 5 weeks ago and having difficulties activating the App. When I open the app, it asks for my phone number, after I type in my number, NOTHING HAPPENS !
I have reported this to my Housing Association but they said I need to contact IPGUARD technical department.

Please advice on why nothing happens after I enter my phone number.
I have lost 2 parcels so far because of this and my visitors have to phone my number for me to come downstairs to let them in.
This is very I infuriating, please help !
