Terrible app, now broken
Gives you very little time to respond to the notification. Slow to load. If you tap the button to open the door prematurely it disconnects without opening the door. Randomly stopped working today, asking me to re-register. Registration process fails every time with various different errors.

Terrible process!
It rings then, when u answer it rings again, this time not saying it’s the Intratone app and that there’s someone at the door!
No, it says France: then the French number that’s calling , then it cuts off and you can’t even let anyone in!
I’ve uninstalled then reinstalled this app. Contacted the customer service who just advised me to do what I just described.
The frustration is real!

Nightmare app
This app constantly logs me out. I have to pull over to manually open my gates now or I have to go through a verification exercise just to get into my house. I absolutely despise this app!!!
“Declined Call” when opening App.
Call comes through and as soon as the app is opened it declines the call. Unable to grant access through main entry door. Deliveries constantly being missed. Pointless.
Can’t control / unlock vehicle gate…
I think this intercom system is poorly designed, especially in an old building like this where reception is intermittent or not always robust. The fact that vehicle gate cannot be unlocked is of particularly concern eg.
