Not possible to log in
1- you have to log out of your WiFi to initiate the log in the app or it won’t work… absurd
2- once this done, and after entering my id and password; it takes me to the « conditions générales d’utilisation » page. Once i tick the box and click « continuer », i get the message « une erreur est survenue, veuillez réessayer ultérieurement ». Another absurdity. Hats off to la poste Développers, you justify your salary! Absolutely disgusted by the lack of awareness and urgency for an app which is basically down and country wide used.

Stopped working
The app just stopped working. Tried deleting and reinstalling but that didn't work. Customer support from La Poste is terrible. Postscript: La Poste contacted me after this review. I went through the whole process again but it still did not work. And then they closed my service request again with 'resolved'. This is what I mean by terrible customer service
