Horrible
They sell this as a modern innovative alternative to a traditional normal intercom, but it actually makes something as simple as opening a door unnecessarily complicated because it doesn’t work well.
The system is extremely unreliable, video calling often doesn’t work and calls regularly fail to come through. It creates more problems than it solves and is incredibly frustrating to use

Keeps Logging Me Out
I keep getting logged out!! i’ve had to get someone in my flat to log me back in more than a handful of times now and it’s made me miss guests arriving and parcels being delivered.

The app has a major flaw when you receive a call ans try to answer it automatically hang up
Bad customer service
My app stopped working, it keeps logging me out all the time. So I got in touch with customer service. Unfortunately the reply I got was more useless than the app. The person that replied didn’t even read my inquiry, they just send a generic reply. I replied back but it has been weeks since the and no reply. Avoid this company and their products as you won’t receive customer support.

It’s real bad
Kicks me out of the app sometimes, other times it’s just calling instead of ringing and other stuff. It’s bad.
Horrible app
I constantly experience issues with this app. Sometimes the call takes several minutes to reach my phone, other times it comes from a random foreign phone number, and very often it doesn't work at all—I never receive the call. Overall, it's a very disappointing experience, and I definitely would NOT recommend this app.

You have bad apps and below you have a few like this one
The design of this app has probably been made ten years ago minimum. It feels like you are using something that was made for the first generation of iPhones. The sounds you get in the app is horrendous and basic functionalities like opening your door with the app simply don’t exist. Like I said in the title, most of the iPhone apps are living things getting better one release after the other, this one doesn’t and apparently everyone at Cegelec is happy to keep using this thing from the 90s.

Embarrassingly bad
Being able to buzz someone into the building from your phone sounds great in theory — and it would be if it actually worked.
Setting it up was a faff, and the app has very limited functionality. You can only buzz someone in if they call, and if you miss the notification (which only lasts about 5 seconds) there’s no way to call back or open the door independently. Notifications often don’t come through the app at all, but a +33 number in France, which I thought was a spam call for the first few weeks. You can technically buzz someone in via this call, but it’s a real faff and sometimes doesn’t work.
If those were the only problems I probably wouldn’t bother leaving a review, but the real issue is reliability.
The app just isn’t fit for purpose. I’m not always notified when someone calls, and only find out I’ve missed a delivery later; the door sometimes won’t open if I’m connected to mobile data instead of Wi-Fi; for the first few weeks it would automatically hang up before I could let someone in. It’s equally buggy if, heaven forbid, two people try to answer the call at once — a lot of the time it simply hangs up, and you have to rush downstairs and hope the visitor doesn’t leave before you reach them because, say it with me, you can’t call them back.
It ends up taking such a long time to let people in that you appear rude.
I’ve had to apologise to so many delivery drivers that it’s honestly quite embarrassing.
As I’ve alluded to already, the system is no better for visitors than it is for residents. They have to scroll to the right flat using arrow keys, rather than being able to type in the number like everywhere else. Our building has 20+ flats, making this such a pain for them. Imagine needing 21 button presses just to buzz a flat — if the system
even works that day!
If you’re a building manager, please please please avoid Intratone for the sake of your residents’ and local delivery drivers’ mental health. I can only assume this barely functional solution was cheaper than replacing the old school but effective wall-mounted phone system. At least I very much hope it was.

Only able to see camera and open after a call
We only have access to the camera and are able to open the door after a call, and only for a very short period of time. This restriction is a problem, sometimes. Also, it sometimes happens that we don’t get a call when the person tries to call us.
Mediocre
The app frequently disconnects or fails to open the gate. I would say it works about 15% of the time. The rest of the time we have to run out and manually open the gate.
Absolute Garbage
90% of the time it shows up as a number. It doesn’t connect to the door. Why was this made. Since the update it has gone worse. My wife and daughter’s phone don’t connect anymore. Sort it out.

Since latest update everything comes through as a phone call, this takes about 40 seconds to connect and people do not wait so missing deliveries. Also means unable to see who is at door.
Don’t work
Just doesn’t work. Takes ages to connect, can’t hear anything when it does connect as the line is terrible. Echoing the other reviews - having a way to remotely open the door without something ringing would be better than this. Useless system! Missing deliveries constantly because of this.
Recommendation
The time it takes for the primary number to either decline or simply not answer the door bell to when the secondary number rings and is therefore notified of a guest arrival/delivery is too slow
Doesn’t work properly
Half the time, the Intratone call comes up on my phone but it automatically rejects the call. Other times the call comes through but it doesn’t let me pick up the call. Very unreliable

Pas de fonction raccourci pour une commande vocale ?
L’iPhone dispose d’une fonction très pratique: « Raccourcis ». Avec elle, on peut créer des raccourcis et faire des commandes soit manuelle avec un bouton sur l’écran d’accueil, soit une commande vocale. Comment se fait-il que les développeurs n’intègre pas cette fonction ??? Merci de faire un effort pour exploiter toutes les possibilités de l’iPhone et surtout nous simplifier la vie.

Very poor performance/quality
We had these doors forced upon us, they are fire doors I get that but they slam every time they are used. In a block of flats at night it shakes the walls. The video call quality looks like it is filmed on a potato, what is the resolution? It is shocking. Most annoying is when the door rings and for whatever reason it doesn’t connect, your chance to open the door is gone. You can not log in and let someone in unless you get that call. I dread to think how much money this costs monthly to operate. When you could have got a ring doorbell and a simple electronic lock to do a better job. So if you are in the process of getting these doors. Stop and look for better systems.

Prise en compte SiriKit
La copropriété possède 2 portails. Un pour rentrer un pour sortir. Il est impossible de configurer l’ouverture des 2 portails. Il n’y a qu’un seul qui fonctionne. Le portail sortie. Comment faire pour que le raccourci « portail entrée » fonctionne. Rien dans l’application le permet. Besoin d’aide.
