Stopped working
The app was working fine. But now it says I can’t use until it’s updated. But doesn’t provide an update.
I have been reporting cars in my car park. But there’s no guarantee that it’s even working. What would be helpful is having an actual person come round to ticket people. As I have only seen that happen twice in the 2 years PCM have been operating in the area

Useless waste of time
Account says it is now expired after a year. I came to use it and it is useless as asks you to register and upload documents again.
Login isn’t saved.
Developers should be fired for being sht.

Cannot even register
“Something went wrong in post” is the error message I get after trying to register 7 times in a row.

Yes indeed the registration takes a bit long as this is a serious tool for issuing tickets rather than a toy.
May have some issues but easy enough to use.
The most impressive part is that the technical support is amazing. After sending the email, the technical expert actually called me and answered all my questions in details and ensured the ticket will be processed successfully with very friendly and heart warming attitude. I was so impressed.

Great app easy to use
Very helpful for our residents group as plenty ASB and resident bays being blocked regularly. Just curious how long it takes for the tickets to actually be sent out to offenders?
It did take about a week to be authorised to use the app. If you email or contact PCM directly sure they will be happy to help. As they have with us.
