Stopped working
The app was working fine. But now it says I can’t use until it’s updated. But doesn’t provide an update.
I have been reporting cars in my car park. But there’s no guarantee that it’s even working. What would be helpful is having an actual person come round to ticket people. As I have only seen that happen twice in the 2 years PCM have been operating in the area

Useless waste of time
Account says it is now expired after a year. I came to use it and it is useless as asks you to register and upload documents again.
Login isn’t saved.
Developers should be fired for being sht.

“Something went wrong in post” is the error message I get after trying to register 7 times in a row.

Yes indeed the registration takes a bit long as this is a serious tool for issuing tickets rather than a toy.
May have some issues but easy enough to use.
The most impressive part is that the technical support is amazing. After sending the email, the technical expert actually called me and answered all my questions in details and ensured the ticket will be processed successfully with very friendly and heart warming attitude. I was so impressed.

Great app easy to use
Very helpful for our residents group as plenty ASB and resident bays being blocked regularly. Just curious how long it takes for the tickets to actually be sent out to offenders?
It did take about a week to be authorised to use the app. If you email or contact PCM directly sure they will be happy to help. As they have with us.

Rubbish
I tried to register a few weeks ago but kept being given error messages. Tried again just now but can’t register as apparently I’m already registered but can’t log in as I’m not already registered!
Complete crap
Takes ages to get a login, which works twice and then consistently fails with the message “The data couldn’t be read because it isn’t in the correct format.”

The app doesn’t work so don’t bother downloading. We have a serious parking problem where we live, PCM told us to download this to help but it’s no use. I logged in once and now every time I go to log in or sign up again it was ‘network connection lost’ or ‘session has timed out’.

After calling the company about cars parked in my spot I was advised to use this app as it will issue the car tickets, basically doing their job for them. After signing up my logon was not confirmed my pcm until 3 weeks later. Since then I’ve only been able to sign in once the rest of the time I keep getting a timed out message or an incorrect format.

Can't sign up, pcm don't do anything about cars being blocked
First of all you can't sign up to the app. It says email registered, clicking forgot password doesn't do anything. I've contacted support, no reply. I've signed up with a different email provider. No luck. I've checked spam. PCM have had obstructing cars left in my carpark and not doing a thing about it for a year. Terrible app.

Cleared up my parking problem in a few weeks. Very easy and simple to use.
How Much Longer?
So imagine my excitement when I heard about this app as where I reside we experience a lot of unauthorised parking. So I register my details yesterday and am still waiting for an activation email - why is taking so long to receive it? I've also tried to go PCM support via the app and it just loads a blank page.
