PCM have created a simple yet effective solution that keeps the users details confidential and avoids confrontation. The user will be able to issue Parking Chrage Notices through the app; at no point will the user have to affix a charge to the vehicle. Once the user submits the vehicle details via the app our dedicated team will review the data and submit the parking charge a postal notification.
