Doesn’t update
Good luck if your child’s school uses this. I’ve got an iPhone 13 and whilst I get notifications to tell me there’s a new letter or notices they don’t actually show up in the app until the next day which is really useful when they’re time sensitive. If it updated in real time it would get a much better score as it is easy to use and well laid out…when it works.

Doesn’t work on IPhone 8
App Store says compatible on the OS I have but unfortunately it doesn’t work as I am unable to search for a school. Tested on another phone and works fine but unfortunately not on my own phone

Hate the new version
Why fix something that wasn’t broken. Jotta 2 wasn’t wonderful but Jotta 3 is awful. Get notifications of a new letter or notice and it’s not there. Can’t select which letters and notices you want to get so get everything. Doesn’t link to Calendar.
