App crashes
This app is truly awful. It crashes all the time on a new phone and up to date operating system. If you open a PDF, there is no way to close it, unless you force close the app and start all over again. When you try to print a document, of course, the app crashes. It is full of bugs and terrible. Use the website and you’ll be better off.
If this wasn’t enough to convince you, the app requires extremely invasive permissions to be granted, permissions that have nothing to do with the functionality of the app.

Started to be unreliable
Not sure if it’s the compatibility of the app and iOS 17 but now I can’t schedule conferences or review some of the other links like volunteer pages. They’re accessible through desktop so I know the school staff has created the correct links.

App review
Takes a long time for app to get latest postings on website downloaded to app. Cannot expand text displayed by swiping fingers across screen. App does not give any ringtone notification when something new is posted like gmail does when getting new mail.
Super clunky
I have had to log in and re log in many times. Even tho I click the remember me option, It will log me out and I have to go through a whole process to get back in, often times having to contact the school administrator to obtain my credentials
Worthless app
No access to teachers. Logs you out and regaining login access is impossible.
I am unable to open the app is there a reason why it will not open?
I downloaded it and it won’t open? I have downloaded it on to both of my IPhones and I am unable to open the app. It just shows the title page for a brief second and then it disappears. It is not a storage issue as I just purchased my new personal iPhone and have plenty of space. I have working wifi and data so therefore I’m guessing it is an issue on your side.

Unstable App
After the most recent IOS update, the app has worked intermittently, and down for long periods of time.
Error Message
I cannot log into my account on the app because I get an error message that says “user does not have any communities” I have submitted 2 tickets and still no response. There is no one on “live chat” to help.
Kinda janky
I don’t see the benefit of the app vs web based. I think web based is actually better built.
iPhone user issue
I’m new to this app and in navigating there should be an easier way to add the schools calendar to sync with iPhone. Also another thing I am noticing it won’t allow for the notifications feature. I have to refer to email vs getting the notification like I do for other apps of interest

This app is really challenging to work and not user friendly.
Terrible app
Sorry browser is much less frustrating. My users constantly complain about it. No updates either so it will never change. Do yourself a favor and take a pass.
The sign in could be more streamlined

Pain in the behind
Doesn’t let you paste passwords, so using a secure password is more difficult.
When checking pictures, if you select a picture it loses your place so you start back at the beginning after it dumps you out.

Well it’s a great app to keep up with assignments only problem keeps logging you out over and over is it the device or the app

Terrible, slow, clunky user interface, with a poor layout.
I wish my child’s school didn’t use this app. Perhaps they will completely rewrite this app one day…I don’t think it can be fixed.

Limited Texting
Texting feature is limited in characters. Not teacher friendly. Parent reminders are usually longer than allowed to send.
