You have to re-log in EVERY TIME
This is an inhibitor to resolve notifications or quickly obtain information. This app lacks intuitiveness and could use an overhaul.
Terrible functionality
According to the App Store, this app has had NO updates in 2 years; that does not keep up with schoolsβ ever changing technology or security. However, something changed at some point and now when I try to log in to the app, it gives me three - THREE - login screens before I can actually log in. I no longer get any notifications from the app, despite all of the app and phone settings being set up for same. Weβre forced to use non-district tech to monitor our kidsβ academic progress but it doesnβt even work correctly. Beyond frustrating, and a waste of the districtβs money, which is a waste of taxpayer money. PLEASE FIX THIS.

New login frustrating
I have been using the app for years, but now all of a sudden I cannot log in from the app. Every time I want to open it I have to ok that it uses the browser to login, wait for it to open browser, login there with no option to keep me logged in anymore, and then wait for it to go back to the app. Half the time that glitches out and I have to start over. Now it takes forever just to check something quick. Yet somehow I still get notifications???

Please fix the login, it barely works you have to try 10 times for it to actually work. When I have the stay logged in button on it doesnβt keep me actually logged in. Other then that, itβs pretty good and gives me notifications on my assignments.

When I try to log in to my SchoolTool account, it says that I do not have permission to log in and that I need to contact my school district. My district has been unable to completely solve this problem so far and many students across the district arenβt able to access their accounts because of this.
