Version updates are a pain
Why does it need to be such a login struggle when the version changes? Don’t punish us with inconvenience because you chose to change things
Frustratingly bad app
Navigating through this app is like sifting through concrete. The app crashes, the app is broken, the app is unusable. There are absolutely no redeeming qualities of this app and it pains me that my company chooses to use this app when not one person on the team has had a viable experience with it. The entire team loathes this app and I see why.

App Constantly shuts down
I had to download this app for my classes online for work and out of the blue after completing a few courses, the app starts crashing. It’s a wonderful app and very knowledgeable when it comes down to knowing about important topics involving work, but i really want to complete my classes without the app crashing every 3 courses that are completed. Perhaps an update may help? 😭

Over complicated
This app could be simplified so much, you have to run around in circles to get someone signed up for class or find documents you need.
Not user friendly
Restaurant General Manager here. This app takes a very long time to load, and when it does, it isn’t user friendly at all. If you want to look up what courses team members have to complete, you have to look it up by the course, not by the employee. I have no idea why it’s so needlessly complicated. If I could get my employer to switch to a different training platform, I would.

It gives trouble to reset my account’s password. Instead of giving me temporary password it sends

I wish i could give zero stars
This has to be the worst app ever made… When trying to complete my training modules, the app closes, and I have to refresh the Schoox launch page to get back to the correct part. Then it tells
me that my passwords are incorrect… So I try to rest it on my last attempt. They send me a reset code I input it… Now i’m locked out of my account for 30 minutes…

The new update deleted my training videos & now I can’t find any of them.
Ineffective
The way this app is structured makes it hard to specify which lessons belong to which staff. Also the amount of verifications needed to complete the lessons is so unnecessary.

I can never get any of my courses to load I always have troubles with the app. And I always have 45 seconds in between tests where I just have to stand there and wait because I have to make sure I’m on the clock, I promise you no one is doing them off the clock.

The app is a convenient way to access the learning solution. Its modern approach with QR code accessibility that makes finding what I’m looking for easy. Nice app!
Update the scores!!!
I have to take my tests MULTIPLE times for my score to update. I’ve taken one test more than 10 times and it won’t update to my passing grade! This is ridiculous! And I can’t register for my next class until this is completed!!!
