Po aktualizacji do iOS 26 apka nie łączy się z kaskiem. Brak łączności kask z telefonem.

Es wird immer angezeigt dass ein Firmware Update durchgeführt werden muss => klickt man auf =>passiert nix 🤔(ausprobiert in WLAN, eigenes Internet, immer geschaut dass es guter Empfang gibt)
Difficile da collegare
Non riesco a collegarmi con l’applicazione e con altri amici per interconnettere i dispositivi.
L’applicazione non riconosce il telefono e chiede di essere aggiornato, ma non c’è nessun aggiornamento.

Regret my purchase
Following the latest firmware update this app fails miserably. The app no longer connects to head set. Extremely disappointing and troubleshooting is painful. I also have a Cardio system which is much more reliable and user friendly.

Ne impossible de l’aperer suite à changement de téléphone, même l’apli ne se telecharge plus… au vu du prix payé pour ce casque j’attendais mieux..: faut pas s’étonner qu’on achète tous des produits venant de Chine, qui eux fonctionne…!

Da sempre usato caschi Shuberth per la qualità ma penso che sarà l’ultimo che ho comperato, il dispositivo Sena SC1, pagato a parte, è complicato, impossibile da aggiornare e con audio di pessima qualità, ritengo la casa Shuberth corresponsabile di questa disfatta perché nonostante la scellerata relationship con Sena non fa nulla per migliorare la situazione (aggiornamenti ecc.) …se potessi darei 0 stelle..

J’ai deux casques (hiver système sc1 et été sc1m), impossible d’appairer le casque hiver sur l’appli téléphone et je n’ai pas encore essayé sur lappli de la moto …

A good app.
The system works, I regularly pair with three other headset users, using various different units. The quality is good. The app makes pairing simple. The headset pairs really well with my phone.
I can find the user guide and read it when I’m looking for a feature that I’ve forgotten, although I haven’t worked out the radio stations yet.
I would like to see the number of possible users be increased so that you can keep a few more friends in the list instead of deleting one to add another.

Need help updating firmware
How do I update my firmware. Having troubles updating the firmware of SC1 Schubert using on a C4 Pro helmet.

If this doesn’t work and you have the Sena on your Schuberth and can’t get it to work with any Schuberth app or data support on your computer (especially Apple). I have a Sena program on my Apple and I opened it up to update my Wife’s Shoei built in helmet Sena headset. I went ahead and plugged in my C5 with the Sena app and it worked much better to update the firmware. Go to Sena.com and download there update program and it might work for you too.

Nach dem das erste Gerät meinte beiden Laptop wie Computer beschäftigt hat und diese entsorgt werden müssen . Kann ich bei dem zweiten jetzt keine Verbindung mehr zu meinem iPhone herstellen.

Mon casque est bien couplé à mon tel sous ios16.3, l’application me dit « connecter votre casque audio a votre téléphone et quittez riderapp » du coup je n’ai pas accès à l’a configuration du casque, l’appli ne sert donc à rien

Keine Verbindung mit der App möglich trotzdem das Handy mit dem Helm (C4pro) gekoppelt ist. Auch nach Update nicht. Anscheinend wird nur noch Augenmerk auf das neuere sc2 gelegt.
Works well
Connects to the phone easily, sounds ok. Haven’t tried connecting to other riders, so can’t comment on that
