Disappointed, falling behind
Not just there Wi-Fi is disconnected. They are disconnected of this world and technology, They the people who don’t know how to keep up their names . They are losing the momentum. They could’ve spent some extra money and time on those apps to come up with something reliable and more dependable than what they have right now

1 star is too many
Literally the absolute worst app ever. Forget about charging until you can figure out the bizarre way this app connects to the device. And no, the charger won’t work with the app or WiFi. Literally terrible. And to top it off…no updates for over an entire year.
App crashes during setup
App keeps crashing while trying to create an account.
App does not update status information
The application does not update to reflect the latest status of charger and charging operation. It just keeps displaying the information collected originally, when the charger was added to the app via Wi-Fi connection.
Just like the rest….
I bought this thing. Expected it to be what it advertised. It’s not.
I’m able to add the device, connect to the device - but it gives zero readings about what it’s doing and what the battery stats are. Pretty lame.
