Best market news app anywhere
Really enjoy the Schawb Network app. Gives the markets news without the politics. Covers unpopular stocks, not just the mainstream stocks. Absolutely love the chart master segment. Teaches me how to use technical analysis.
Still trying to learn the options part of trading. I am able to listen to the stocks news on the go anywhere I am. Definitely a stock app I recommend.

Missed Opportunities
This would be great if the app were for AppleTV, or at least allowed casting with AirPlay like anything else.
Turns on in middle of night
There is a bug where if the app was used during day and open in the background it turns on at 2am when I’m sleeping and the phone is in do not disturb.

I would use this app over the competition but this app doesn’t allow pip or playing in the background.

This is amazing you guys are making CNBC and traditional media shake in their boots thank you so much for providing me with the news, data, chart and technical learnings that I am not getting elsewhere in such a real time and relative to the days market format. I hope you expand this app to AirPlay!!!

Content is excellent, but app misses key features
The videos, live stream etc are excellent! Content organized well. However, app is lack of key features, like:
- No AirPlay. Why is that missing?
- No Picture in Picture
- No Apple TV and Mac version - you can run this app on an Apple Silicon Mac, but no Mac specific version (hotkeys and connect to ThinkOrSwim, so click on a ticker should bring the ticker up on ThinkOrSwim)
- Cannot search for ticker symbol to watch videos related to that instrument
- No subtitles
- Cannot speed up playback - which would be great to catch up with news faster from the pre-recorded (on-demand) section

Poor implementation
The app lacks multitasking usability. Does not run in background when switched to another app. Therefore not a practically useful app when using iOS device (iPad). I’ll just stick to using Schwab’s Thinkorswim app to listen and watch the Schwab Network streaming broadcasts.
Crashes and chronically dysfunctional
Appears to be another deprecated priority post TDA acquisition, crashes always on my phone, no iPad functionality either.
The complacency Schwab manifests towards its active traders is astounding, so many other superior charting and analytical trading platforms are available and yet Schwab plods along just hoping that x% of users become Schwab FinAdvisor leads?

No AirPlay support
Cannot stream using AirPlay on Apple devices? Come on guys.
Also there’s no landscape view when you rotate phone.

App Lacks much
I have enjoyed watching the TD Ameritrade channel on Distro and was thrilled when an app was released but the app lacks much. I could only download it on my iPhone and it doesn’t offer the ability to cast to my TV. Also, the video on the app doesn’t switch to landscape mode when turning my phone. I have searched on the App Store for my Nvidia Shield and there’s no app for it. I hope the app improves because I enjoy watching the programming and interacting.

This app is trash - Unable to full screen on iPad
Hopefully you willl create an app that is for iPAd. When launching this app on iPad it appear the size of a phone app. You are not able to full screen this app. This app would get way better use rates if you had an app that functioned as it should. Let me know if you would like to work together to make this a better experience for all users.

Blocked Picture in Picture
It’s bizarre how they’ve intentionally blocked Picture in Picture on the app and on the website version (plays for a few seconds then cuts off.). In 2021, there’s no good reason for this behavior.

Crashing after last update
The app is great to keep up with the different programs. However after the last update is crashing as soon as I open the app. I don’t know if it’s a glitch but it should be fixed
