Certifications not loading
My phone has plenty of storage and the connection is good, but I am unable to get my certifications completed because it doesnāt load. This is a third party app Iām required to use and itās getting stressful that I canāt finish the certifications. I canāt tell you how many times Iāve waited for over a full minute for it to load, it simply doesnāt load.

Logging in and Password Fatigue
Iām required to use it but still donāt because of the time it takes to log in. I cannot keep changing passwords. Also, itās through Walmart so Vendors have no faith in it

My app hasnāt worked in two weeks to scan anything. Makes it difficult to mod quickly. Iāve already sent email to tech support days ago and they still havenāt resolved or gotten back to me on the issue.
To many issues
App kicked me out while I was dude to app error and now I canāt ever work my shifts because I canāt log in and out and and stuck logged into a shift. I canāt reset my password Iām not getting a limit my email to do so or nothing

Ever since the updated to scintilla from volt had nothing but problems
Justā¦ annoying
This app isā¦ just annoying. When it works, it works fine, but when it doesnāt itās the most insufferable thing ever. It will sometimes just check me out of stores without my notice, other times itāll log me out permanently and I have to delete and redownload the app to log in again. The scanner often refuses to show up on the tools page. Itāll tell me I have certifications I need to finish when Iāve already done them all. And just recently it deleted my badge photo and prompted me to take another. Without the badge photo I canāt check in to my stores. Well of course I try and take another, only for it to tell me I already have a badge photo. There are plenty of other gripes I have with this app, but needing this to do my job is not fun at all.

Terrible App
The app itself keeps crashing and is constantly requiring me to uninstall and reinstall it after it signs me out even if I donāt close the app

Needs Work
Certain aspects of the app are lovely. The āTo Do Listā is very helpful in my opinion. Unfortunately, I have to continuously remove the app and add it back because of it being āstuckā on the āSign-Inā screen and not doing anything. Itās beyond frustrating when youāre trying to actually get work done.

Really bad choice for Walmart to change from Volt app to Scintila. App keeps crashing and printing labels is a nightmare.

It worked well enough for me last week, but was suddenly signed out and unable to sign back in. The button is broken.
Fix, please.
And consider working out the other issues such as not showing the clock-in button on the main screen, not recognizing completed certifications, and being unable to view information Volt showed before. Why canāt I see delivery history or sales time stamps? Horrible update. Donāt migrate users to an unstable version of this tool without first making the MINIMUM FUNCTIONS usable.

App not working
Since I updated it the app want let me sign in it signed me out and when I hit sign in it doesnāt respond anymore just be tapping sign in on the screen no response
No scan feature?
Not being able I scan while overriding a store location seems to defeat a major reason to having this app. The ability to check product levels while not being in store vs just āguessing and hopingā was extremely helpful to avoiding outs. Please bring it back like the āVOLTā did.

The new app is terrible
Printing tags has become a much longer task. I have to scan a printer in between each product and I cannot print multiple labels at once anymore.
I also ran into an issue where I had to delete the app and redownload it because of a āFailed to printā message that would pop up.
I tried to print 2 tags and it took me 10 minutes trying to troubleshoot. Signing in & out did not work, I had to actually delete the app and download it again.

Need Volt back! This app is horrible and should have never been released with so many bugs. Iāve had to download and delete, download and delete. Burns up my battery. Iād give it zero stars if I could!
Volt version was better
Iāve been using volt for so long but now that it changed. This app doesnāt let me print more than one tag and everytime I scan an item to print it I have to scan the printer again and again. Itās adding more time thatās not needed. Please update!!!
