Sorry this app needs a complete overhaul.
This new app crashes multiple times throughout the day. Whether it’s on a work device or a personal device. I’ve uninstalled multiple times, reinstalled, still no fix for the crashing issue. It will crash upon opening, while using to scan items, VizPick, adding items on to do list, while viewing items on to do list, etc. there are more issues than just the crashing.
I was on the beta testing team and left a tonne of suggestions to which none were even heeded. I have no idea why it was even launched as it’s still a major beta test now.

Terrible update
I was using the Volt app previously and everything was very smooth. They then updated to the Scintilla version back in February. It is now August 2026 and I’m still not able to login to use the app? The app keeps telling me that they are going to reach out to me to get it corrected, but I’ve not heard a peep.

Certifications not loading
My phone has plenty of storage and the connection is good, but I am unable to get my certifications completed because it doesn’t load. This is a third party app I’m required to use and it’s getting stressful that I can’t finish the certifications. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve waited for over a full minute for it to load, it simply doesn’t load.

Logging in and Password Fatigue
I’m required to use it but still don’t because of the time it takes to log in. I cannot keep changing passwords. Also, it’s through Walmart so Vendors have no faith in it

My app hasn’t worked in two weeks to scan anything. Makes it difficult to mod quickly. I’ve already sent email to tech support days ago and they still haven’t resolved or gotten back to me on the issue.

App kicked me out while I was dude to app error and now I can’t ever work my shifts because I can’t log in and out and and stuck logged into a shift. I can’t reset my password I’m not getting a limit my email to do so or nothing

Just… annoying
This app is… just annoying. When it works, it works fine, but when it doesn’t it’s the most insufferable thing ever. It will sometimes just check me out of stores without my notice, other times it’ll log me out permanently and I have to delete and redownload the app to log in again. The scanner often refuses to show up on the tools page. It’ll tell me I have certifications I need to finish when I’ve already done them all. And just recently it deleted my badge photo and prompted me to take another. Without the badge photo I can’t check in to my stores. Well of course I try and take another, only for it to tell me I already have a badge photo. There are plenty of other gripes I have with this app, but needing this to do my job is not fun at all.

Certain aspects of the app are lovely. The “To Do List” is very helpful in my opinion. Unfortunately, I have to continuously remove the app and add it back because of it being “stuck” on the “Sign-In” screen and not doing anything. It’s beyond frustrating when you’re trying to actually get work done.

It worked well enough for me last week, but was suddenly signed out and unable to sign back in. The button is broken.
Fix, please.
And consider working out the other issues such as not showing the clock-in button on the main screen, not recognizing completed certifications, and being unable to view information Volt showed before. Why can’t I see delivery history or sales time stamps? Horrible update. Don’t migrate users to an unstable version of this tool without first making the MINIMUM FUNCTIONS usable.

App not working
Since I updated it the app want let me sign in it signed me out and when I hit sign in it doesn’t respond anymore just be tapping sign in on the screen no response
No scan feature?
Not being able I scan while overriding a store location seems to defeat a major reason to having this app. The ability to check product levels while not being in store vs just “guessing and hoping” was extremely helpful to avoiding outs. Please bring it back like the “VOLT” did.
