User reviews

Renewal not supported :(

I don't understand why it can't be this simple for people "already" approved and "identified" and have a card you already approved to compare it to. Booo

Good app but…

The system should validate the information before allowing submission to ensure the correct registration number is provided.

Very great app

Don’t need to spend money and time to take photos at Walmart. Thanks

Canadians paid for this?

This app is glitchy, unintuitive, and poorly written. Using an iPhone 13 and an iPhone 16E the app doesn’t display all controls, covers text over controls, and locks the user to an instruction screen that can’t be tapped next on and can’t be cancelled, leaving the only option to close the app and start from fresh. I cannot believe Canadian tax dollars went into this trash. Oh wait, yes I can.

Response from developer

It is likely caused by your phone's font size settings. Could you please try changing your font size to default or smaller and try again? Thanks! We tested this on the iPhone 12, iPhone 13, iPhone 16, and iPhone 17 Air, and everything works fine; all controls display properly on the screen. Could you please provide more details about your issue? --Specifically:What is your phone model? --What are your current display and font size settings? Thank you!

Not working

Other reviews say that after you take the picture it freezes, well guess what, it’s still freezing! Waste of time!

Response from developer

Please provide more details, Thanks. After taking photo, there is a image carousel view on the image comparison page, we need to swipe images all the way to the end until "Accept" button becames enable. then we can move forward by clicking "Accept" button. Please let me know if it works. Thank you.
