Will not allow access to photos
I have had this app for years and loved it.
But since I got my iPhone 12 Pro the App will not allow my pics to be accessed. I have emailed them about 3 different times. The last time, I do not remember them responding and they still have not fixed the issue. So disappointed.

Seems to be a few bugs and is constantly freezing

Can’t cash out anymore
I have cashed out several times on Scoopshot in the past, but since my last sale I haven’t been able to receive payment. It just says my previous cash out request has not been processed yet. I’ve been waiting since 08/18/2018. I’m only owed $1, but there also haven’t been many opportunities to make money like it used to be when I first joined. I’ll most my be deleting my portfolio and the app due to these reasons. I got about $20 out out the 200 pictures I submitted, so it wasn’t a complete waste of time.

Can’t take pic and I can’t import pictures
I downloaded the app yesterday thinking he’ll yeah this is an extremely awesome app contrary not what I was expecting at all. Camera don’t work importing don’t work. Emailed the company and nothing no response from them nothing

There’s no info on what, if any, the prizes are for the contests. Pretty empty, pointless app.

What is going on, this app used to be so much fun but now it’s more of a pain in the butt, doesn’t recognize my photos, takes forever to load pictures, I am about to be done with this app forever.

The app keeps freezing and won't let some photos upload. It just submits forever and doesn't complete the upload
Avoid useless app
The biggest waste of time. They give u nothing. I suspect they take ppl's photos for themselves. No info on $$ for contests. Don't bother. Wondering how they get away with lying about paying ppl for photos.
Needs improvement
App keeps crashing. A lot of the contests have very few entries that are extremely amateurish which makes it easy to win (if anyone votes), but for what? Doesn't seem like the best way to sell stock photos. Ready to delete after a couple days just because of the constant crashing.
Taking too long to log in does not interact well with website
I have given up on this , signed up on the website then was unable to log in via the app, it either says account already exists, I know I just want to log in not sign up, or it says password, etc not valid. Was looking forward to using this, I have switched recently from full dslr photoshop workflow to iPhone and editing on iPad, was looking forward to uploading some stock pictures but it is not as straightforward as other sites I have used to upload video and user experience is very unsatisfying, a shame as they seem to have a good service

I joined your app a few years ago. The challenges were great. A great opportunity to earn additional income. But now the contests have no cash incentives. & there is a lack of interesting tasks. And there is a lack of transition in the task week to week. Your competitors are bringing more enticing cash incentives. Because your app isn't what it use to be & it takes up storage on my phone, I may be deleting your app.

Disappointing
Lack of sales and community engagement. I had one sale, which Scoopshot themselves bought just before having a local TV station contact me for an interview on app photo agencies.

So far this app seems pretty good! I made it to 3 finalists and won 1 contest. Can you only withdraw money from the desktop app?
