Yesterday i was charhed 32EUR and 37 EUR for trips i havent done at all..
Scam alert
Price is not shown anywhere before the ride. Charges 16€ per hour. Support does not respond. Very few places where to leave the scooter after the ride, which inflates the price
Great Scooter fantastic service
I have been using their scooters for commuting back and forth and everything else in the middle for the last five months. The scooters are reliable and their customer service is punctual. I will keep using them for as long as I can. Money well spent!!!!
Out of parking zone
Decided to give this service a try for my trip to the beach today. When I reached my destination I left the scooter according to the given rules: not blocking the road, car parking etc. But when i was trying to end my trip, the app was giving me the error message something like “you are out of the parking zone”!Then i went to another place closer to the bus stop and again tried to leave the scooter in a safe place without blocking sidewalks etc. Same error: “out of reach of the parking zone”. Then I decided to just lock it as I really wanted to go to the beach... the lock didn’t work!!!! I ve tried so many times and after all I had to go back to the place where I took the scooter from and leave it there!!!! How come one of the main destinations this summer is out of parking zone??? Overall, it was a very dissapointing experience.
P.S.: The only help chat they have is in Messanger app! Why one should avoid creating a normal chat box on their website? Its a complete joke...
