Login Issues Constantly
The courses they use on this app are literally AI and you can’t even get into the app without going through the seven stages of grief. This is ridiculous do better.

so slow, can never log in, this app sucks!
The app logs me out and won’t log me back in.
My manager has had to reset my credentials because it wouldn’t work no matter what we did. It’s also currently not loading past the icon when you first tap the app. It’s required by the company or else it lowers our scores, but it won’t even work. It’s not fair to the employees or the managers. I deleted the app and I’m going to re download to see if that helps.

Making me pay 10 dollars when I’ve had it for years and never had paid once.
erm what the heck
this app logs me out so many times even though i put “keep me logged in”. and then the modules have so many typos or incorrect grammar. and then the ai videos are so off putting, they creep me out. i’m mainly giving this one star because of the logging out issue and the ai. like i would like a little more thought put into my training.
