Should be zero stars. Stay away
The devs should just delete everything and start over, how about Take a look at some successful booking software companies and emulate that. This and the desktop version are such a joke. I am baffled my company pays for this. If i owned the company we would be off this pile. Instead of adding ease to my day to day this software only adds more problems.

Slow
The app is constantly slow to load or won’t load at all. I have no issues with other apps on my phone but this one is just constantly trying to load.
Horrible
Never work. Plus you can’t add u clients on your phone or add appointments. Too simple
Booking through app
Love the system when working on a computer but in app you can not do so. Very frustrating for trying to be quick and easy when a guest contacts me through social media platforms.
Room for so much more
The app works solidly, but i am rating it with two stars based solely on the fact that its so bare bones in terms of functionality. Id love to see the ability to swipe to different days; there is more than enough room in the client appointment box for notes. And def needs some sort of notification system, that would be fantastic. Also some sort of calendar function to move apps over to my native calendar. Im no developer buuuuuut just saying
