The VPass POS App allows BookedBy users the ability to manage their store's client check-in. View the order of check-in, move clients into service and confirm their service is complete.
Track client walk-out reasons and turn aways to analyze when the business is not able to service a client.
General management of the store hours is available to support the online check-in site store availability and hours of operation for each location.
NOTE - The VPass POS App is only available to current users of the VPass Online Check In website. Log in with your VPass URL, username and password. If you have technical questions or need assistance, please contact support@bookedby.com, or call 617-415-7522.
