Great! But glitch in latest update

Awesome app. But after the last update the home page with score list automatically jumps to the top of the list, rather than remembering where you were when previously accessing the home page. Can you fix this please?

This app is SOOO Good!!!

I use this app on my iPhone to view sheet music, scripts for shows, and rehearsal schedules and it is soo good!! It is very customizable, the ads in the app aren’t intrusive and don’t cover the content, and you can add annotations, bookmarks, set lists, set custom zoom settings for each score, and just customize the app so it works for you!! This app is a great free alternative to forScore, and I highly recommend it!!

Excellent

Our concert is today. I’ve been using ScorePDF all semester on my IPad. I love it!

Very useful

Im currently transitioning from paper to an ipad for music. Its very simple and easy to use, it has everything i need in one app, my music, a metronome, folders to keep it organized, a annotation tool and i can set up links to the sings to get to them much quicker then looking for it on a separate app. Very simple and good to use:D

Pretty good!

I love the app and how customizable it is! I just wish that it had a built-in piano roll so I could play my sheet music digitally, which can be useful for reading vocal music, and that the metronome is free for all users.

Great, but still missing an important feature…

Annotations with text typing instead of drawing only and this would be five stars!

Response from developer

Thank you for your review. Regarding point 2, in version 12.0.1 the menu bar now displays the title of the currently displayed score instead of the set list title when you open the set list. Additionally, by tapping on the menu title, you can view the list of scores within the set list and confirm the set list title. As for point 1, we are planning to implement text annotations in a future update. However, this feature may take some time to be available. In this update, we also improved the precision of zoom operations and increased the maximum zoom to 20x, which should make drawing a bit easier. Thank you again for your valuable feedback.

Works well.

If you get a Bluetooth device you have trouble using it. The devise may come with little to no instructions. Go to settings and use the help guide. It will detailed instructions on how to set up your iPad or other iOS devices.

So far, really good

Was really enjoying the app however when I try to upload something from my files, it shows up in the app, but it will not actually load. When I click on it, it’s just a spinning circle and doesn’t load.

… Update. The files were saved as PNG. I’m guessing you cannot use PNG on these. I converted to PDF and now it works. Updating review.

Response from developer

Thank you for your review and for the update! You are correct, as the name "ScorePDF" suggests, the app is for viewing PDF scores and does not support PNG files. We're glad to hear it's working for you now!

Something’s changed in the App…

I’ve been using ScorePDF for months and loved it… until recently. I’ve always used this app to practice my bass playing. I’ve had my music app running in the background and I would look at the sheet music in ScorePDF. About 2 weeks ago, the background music app started going silent as soon as ScorePDF is opened. I’ve tried to find a solution in the Settings and can’t figure out how to contact the developers to see what’s changed. Maybe you need to rethink purchasing this app if you need to practiced music played through a background up like SlowDowner.

Thank you for your review. We’ve updated the metronome package in version 12.2, which resolves the issue where background music could not be played. Thank you for reporting the issue.

This vs forscore

solid alternative to Forscore. continuously improving/updating. still needs apple pencil double-tap support. the developer has responded to and fixed my complaints twice.

Response from developer

Thank you for your review. We’re sorry for the inconvenience caused by this bug. The issue with annotations not being saved has been fixed in the released version 10.2.6, so please update your app. If the problem persists after updating, please contact us.

Great, would love to see a couple features…

As a professional performer, here are two things that I would like to see in a future update:
1. Annotations using text typing instead of drawing only. It’d would be nice to type a note about a song like “Key of F” for instance.
2. The title of each PDF file (song) at the top of the menu bar when in set list view. I’d like to see which song I am viewing in the set list instead of the set list title only.

HELP. With the new update my annotations no longer save to the page. this makes the app unusable. PLEASE FIX

Set list app crash

I have version 7.0.1 and have a 25 song set list. When proceeding through the list a song at a time, the app consistently crashes when opening song 9. The app is the only thing running at the time so there’s nothing that’s conflicting with it. I’m very disappointed as I was looking forward to the 2 page view. Any thoughts? Thanks!

Response from developer

Thank you for your review. In version 8.0.3, we fixed a bug where blank pages were automatically inserted in the set list, not only after the last sheet but in other places as well. If the issue is not resolved, please feel free to contact us again.

This vs forscore

I Will buy the pro version if you add a visual folders system /tree and add apple pencil double-tap support! This seems like a very good alternative to buying forscore

Amazing

Since almost everything is moving to online, it’s nice to have a place to store all of my sheet music that is very easy to navigate and turn the pages on. Getting Pro was super easy AND CHEAP so nice to have would recommend it to anyone who has a lot of sheet music and does not want to waste paper and it’s easy to use in school if you are a music major!!!!

Keeps crashing

This app was ok for a while. Now when I tab the bottom of the screen it just crashes. Paid for the pro version and no different. A bit browned off.

No instructions

I love the concept of this App, but I ran into issues where I wanted to replace a sheet with an updated version of the song/music. Even if I changed the title and deleted the old version, it showed as the old version! No clue what I’m doing wrong and no support to help me. I don’t know how to organize my music into categories, either. Any help is appreciated. I purchased the premium version!
