Very good application
Try to open a savings account
I tried opening a savings account, because I’m living in Jamaica, they make it so hard, I provided all the documents, now the need to call my job, to confirm that I work there, or a job letter, even after I provided 4 recent pay stubs.
Requesting Digital interface
They need to make the card can go digital tho, not only lock it on the banking app digital for adding to electronic wallet so it may be tapped at the pos machines.

The app is amazing, easy to use and understand. I wish ACH transactions could remain as is. Scotia is my first and still my favorite bank.

Not user friendly
The app doesn’t allow you to see when making transfers who it goes to and the notes we make for each transaction. Makes it hard to keep track of online transfers
