International Transfer Fees and Limits
The amount the bank charges for every international transaction is very high. Almost $60 and it even charges almost the same amount when I receive any dollar amount including my salary. Also, the daily and monthly limits are very low compared to other international banks.
Reliability, accessibility, reassurance
I am all the way in the U.S. and I had some troubles with an account I reached out to customer service via email they sent me a number to connect with. I was unsuccessful. I tried another number a few days after and was successful with customer service. They advised my account was inactive and how to get it reactivated given I’m in the U.S. I did just that and in seconds the account was reactivated. Now that was very reliable for me. My CSR was helpful and very warm and friendly. I can now move my money around. Extremely happy.

Very practical and convenient
I love how compared to other banking platforms i can choose the option to pay my credit balance in the credit card or the statement balance. Seeing the difference really helps me keep my credit card bill in check. With the other banks they only show u your credit balance which sometimes includes charges after the cycle closed.

Very good application
Try to open a savings account
I tried opening a savings account, because I’m living in Jamaica, they make it so hard, I provided all the documents, now the need to call my job, to confirm that I work there, or a job letter, even after I provided 4 recent pay stubs.
Requesting Digital interface
They need to make the card can go digital tho, not only lock it on the banking app digital for adding to electronic wallet so it may be tapped at the pos machines.
