App needs an update
No added features in ages, can't use face ID or touch ID to access the app, recently it stopped saving my card number so Everytime I need to ensure I have my card to get into my account. This might not be North America but we use your services too in the Guyana.
Time for a new UI, face/Touch ID, option to do wire transfers online, transferring from USD to GYD accounts and the option to turn my credit card on/off.

Still takes forever to load when signing in.
Very inconvenient to use on the go. Always have to wait minutes for the app to sign me in.
Please don’t bring this mess into 2020!
I can’t even get pass the sign in screen! Everything just goes white with a loading. This is ridiculous come on!!! I feel like this app is just getting worse and worse 😠
Delays and Response
This app would work a lot better if there are no delays in response. It lacks support with data and sometimes even with the internet (wifi) connections. Also, even when registering your device and when using this, you are required to re-enter your card number again!!! This is ridiculous and inconvenient!!!

Outdated and useless
This app is probably the worst, it just shows how much effort they are willing to put into their customers in order to give them a better experience, can't wait to change to another bank.
Scotia app
The recent update as if date November 6,2019 is pathetic to say the least. It forgets your card even though you have registered the device after a day or too as well as the touch system with the app is dodgy which can lead to some issues for the majority who is not so tech savvy. I really wish more effort is placed upon delivering better service to its users in the coming future.

Still needs to do better
A full revamp of the app is needed. Faster processing, faster loading, and a better overall feel of the UI. Touch ID integration for log in and other transactions.
Improvements made ... still much more can be done
The app has better sign in delay. Not as slow. Much more responsive and it fits the screen of the iPhone 11 Pro Max.

Why does it take so long to sign in? Why should I have to sign in every time anyway? This app has not been updated in over a year! Please update and include one touch log ins and keep the inactivity log out for security reasons. I’m tired of trying to sign in and the log in page won’t even load up most times. Make it much easier to log in so that we can look forward to using the app more.

Very slow logging in
This app is very slow especially when trying to log in. I had an emergency and had to log in to pay by bills before mid night and I tried for over an hour to log in and it was very slow with only some of interface partially being load and it wasn’t due to my internet speed.
Embarrassingly SLOW and UNRELIABLE
For such a wealthy institution like Scotiabank this app is painstakingly slow and unreliable. It has caused my business to suffer in many ways and is quite limited in its scope of usability. The map feature NEVER loads. Despite the bad reviews Scotiabank is equally slow to correct the issues.
WORST banking app!!
I’ve used apps from other banking institutions and this one deserves zero stars. After the sign in page loads on clicking to sign in I am greeted with a spinning wheel that spins for minutes NOT seconds and then another lengthy wait after entering password. Thoroughly frustrating!!!
Digital Age
Why do we still have these problems rather tech glitches on a monthly basis...the app takes so long to load/funds unavailable while money is deposited/atm machines in Jamaica still failing...and the list could go on. Get it together Scotia, I am beginning to wonder if you guys are planning to throw in the towel soon. Invest invest invest back into your systems bc if you don’t customers will be going elsewhere. For a big banking cooperation like Scotia this app is the worst so far of all the other banking applications. It doesn’t even uses touch or Face ID support, come on it’s the age of technology nobody wants to be typing out no long password. Best Online banking App in Trinidad and Tobago
I’ve been using this app for 2 weeks now and I can simply say it’s the best yet I’ve came across. The app introduces real time notifications anytime you use your bank card to make purchases, this is an safety option in an likely event someone stole your card, you will get two notifications one from the app itself and one forward to your email. What happened???
I used to like this app. Not sure what happened, but for the past few weeks it’s almost impossible to even log in. Also loved the alerts that you recently started. But they don’t work any longer. Still get the EMAIL alerts - but nothing on the app. Again - it worked great until a few weeks ago. Please fix it. Thanks.

Update the app to fit in the iPhone X screen and to use with face id and touch id. Also to send notifications when a transaction is made
