I read the Daily Mail because it helps to keep me up to date with world affairs and sports news.It also has some excellent columnists.I also greatly enjoy the puzzles.The only criticism I have is that it could be a little more Scottish.But you can’t have everything.

Love this app!
App works well, paper always available when I want it, and a Scottish edition too. Love all the extra information and pictures I have access to, and the puzzles.

Although berated by left wing politicians I think the Scottish Mail is more honest on political subjects, and a voice for the silent majority.

No point in paying a subscription when you can’t get the newspaper

Why do you have be online to do the puzzles when with the old app you downloaded the puzzles and they were there to do offline or online. Why the change very frustrating that I can’t do the puzzles when not connected to internet for example when travelling in car etc.

I am paying the same for the “updated” version as I did before the update and I got all the Daily photos.

I know I have low vision, but just where can I find the audio button? It is not where it was on the old app.! Frustrating

If it ain’t broke, why fix it.
Downloading the Scottish Mail on Sunday requires four individual downloads. The paper, crossword, You and the recipes. If one returns to the crossword later in the day, it’s not there and you have to re download it. Why?
I used the old app for five plus years with no problems, once the bugs were ironed out, and now it’s being replaced, minus the photo gallery. I appreciate there might be some bugs needing ironing out but I thought you would have tested it more thoroughly before launching it.

Why has this app changed? There is no icon to access the puzzle page. They will need to sort it quickly or they will lose readers.

Why is there no crossword in this? Where are the Sunday magazines? Pale font on enlarging article. There was nothing wrong with the original app. Why fix what ain’t broken? Would give no stars if there was the option!
