Literally can’t even log in
I am tapping on my account and cannot log in.
App update
This new app update is not good. It keeps kicking me out every time I try to log in. If I do get in, it keeps asking me to the tour even though I have done the tour.

This app is so bad! Half the time you can’t even log into it. If you select log in with Apple, it makes it worse. I wish Scouting America would hire a company to fix this app.
Buggiest app ever made
The absolute buggiest, most terrible app I’ve ever used.
Updates require updates
Open app, says I need to update. Click update and it says I have the most up to date version. Go to open app and says I need to update. This and the website are hot garbage.
Functionality
This might legitimately be the worst app I have ever used
Horrible
As a user who used to use it. It was and still is an absolute mess, hasent updated my rank for the last 3 years. The merit badges are never updated and it always says it has messages to read when I have none. Isent a scout supposed to give there best? What happened to this app?
Rarely reliable app
Most of the time l, the app won’t even let you in. Ditch this vendor. Scouts can do better than this.
Another update another break
I have just updated and of course something else is broken. This app is awful do better.
Good in concept
…but it feels like I can rarely get it to work how it is supposed to. Frustrating because I do almost everything through this app.
Never Works
I can log in on the web just fine, but this app never works, I cant even get past the login page. It wont allow me to sign on and eventually crashes and just closes.
Seriously
Is it that hard for an app to work, ever? My troop mandates this but it takes forever and never works

As a scout, this app is so helpful—but everything kind of sucks beyond me being able to check my status. It’s extremely laggy and not all the buttons work.
Useless
I have been trying to use this app for a long time but on the home page of select an account I will press my account and it does nothing. The app is good when it worked that one time.

This app helps me keep track of requirements in my merit badges and ranks, any scout should use this app.

Terrible it never works and is so buggy it’s somehow worse than the fcc website I didn’t know that was possible
