Very, very buggy
I wish this app worked correctly. It’s not possible to add some advancements and achievements via the app. I cannot type in some of the fields like location when attempting to input camping or hikes. It’s been like this for a while.

Wow.. I wish there was an option to rate less than 1.
Where do I start. You can’t enter comments more than 200 bytes.. how are the we supposed to enter our research. You can’t upload images. You can’t put rich text with paragraphs to format your entry.
I remember creating a project back as a student back in 2009 and was able to have better UI and better experience.

PLZ FIX LOGIN!
I use Sign in w/AppleID. It doesn’t work. I have to force quit each time.
Help
App tells me it needs to be updated but the Apple Store says I have the latest version.
Problem accessing when update
Every time there’s an update the app gave the alert and when click to update it doesn’t appear in the App Store the update. I have to delete the app and reinstall it. It takes me to the App Store but there’s no update, just Open app.

Make mb pamphlets available
I very much enjoy this app, i know it doesn’t do as much as it could and i see many are complaining about that, but it really doesn’t need that stuff, as a 15 y/o scout, i am perfectly capable of putting events into my calendar on my own. It is very good, very helpful, and i think a nice idea would be to make the merit badge pamphlets available to view in the app or even just a link to a pdf. Thank you for considering this.

Undefined in not a function
I use my AppleID to login. Every time I get the error “undefined is not a function”, which I know is JavaScript. I have to force quit, and relaunch, then I’m good until I get logged out again. Other apps have no problem keeping me logged in w/AppleID.
DarkMode colors need a lot of work, and other UX issues are plenty.

[UPDATED] PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!
App developers—please help! Whenever I try to enter service or camping hours, it won’t let me change the date or time from the year 1969! This is a problem! Please fix this!

I came back the next day and the issue was fixed. However, it still continuously signs me out and glitches. I think it’s just an underdeveloped app and has a lot of on-and-off problems. I would still recommend because it is helpful for tracking progress, just expect many glitches and make sure to remember your password and username as it signs you out a lot. Btw, this is from a 13 year old Scout.

Glitches while making account
When I made an account it asked me to look for a code in my email. No email. Resent the code. Still no email. Please fix this!

One of the worst apps ever
Poor rollout
The app tells me to update it bc the current version is x.7 however the new release is not available in the Apple App Store. You need to hire a real dev team.
Don’t know how to do anything in this app
The app was hard to just set up and get but once you are in there is no way to add merit badges track advancements or anything like that

My troop uses this and it does keep track of everything quite well. My only complaint is it can be glitchy.

Can’t keep track of my login credentials (login w/AppleID. I’ve offered to help (I’m an iOS Engineer)

You would think the app would work with as many people there is using it, but it never works and even when you make a new account it doesn’t sign you in it. Should be deleted to prevent future annoyance

Worked decently before, now it is worth as much as you pay for it.

It can’t be that hard to hire a couple of semi experienced people to actually make the app actually let me log in I click on my name multiple times it just doesn’t work I don’t know what to do now when I was able to get into the app it was good semi easy to navigate great way to track stuff
