I have been playing Scrabble since I was a youngster and I have to say once you play Scrabble with this app, you will never play Scrabble any other way again!!!!
I very highly recommend this game to anybody who enjoys playing Scrabble. I can't even think of a better way to play this game!!!! 👍👍

AD OVERLOAD
I understand apps need money to function…but there is an ad after EVERY SINGLE TURN. I adore Scrabblr in real life, and unfortunately had to delete this app because the amount of add got so frustrating

Paid for no ads still get ads every turn.
What’s going on?
The app starts to load up and then freezes, retry it says… since after supper yesterday
too many ads and distractions
advertisements every single round. i don’t wanna collect in-game cards or gems or pellets or whatever. i just wanna play the game. it’s too distracting, feels like slot machines.
Not fair
It’s not a one start it’s a no start. The game only lets the computer win when you are playing by yourself. The computer gets the points for the extra words. The computer gets the good letters too because every single time I’ve played with the computer especially on “medium “ the computer get every single good letters too and I’m stuck with duplicates

Good game killed by ads
After a while the ads in this game get longer and longer, with no skip function. Recently they’ve increased again to 30 second videos after EVERY go! Or you can pay £60 a year to play ad free……£60, for Scrabble?!
Scrabble getting worse
I get it that to have a free game, there will be ads but it’s getting out of control. There’s now at least 2 ads between turn, and add when the game finished, adds run for too long and the “cancel x “ button is too small. Sometimes the only way to clear the screen is to open the ap store and close again. You’ve gone too far. Rewards don’t actual give you anything and you have to watch more adds to get them. Scrabble has gone way passed the tipping point now to enjoy a game for too much interruption. They even send you adds to pay to stop adds!

Ads are extremely frequent and scale with play
The more you play, the more often they show intrusive ads. In some game modes, the ads are basically a constant stream interrupting gameplay. The interface is terrible and there are MUCH better ad-free alternatives out there! I would rather play the actual board game than look at this headache-inducing app again.

I have played by whole life- I’ve played this scrabble game for many years. Im shocked to see that this has been over taken by far to many ads! And the longest ads I’ve experienced in any App ever!

Great way to play on the go
Old dictionary
This game needs to update its dictionary. Any word used by the machine is automatically a word. If you use a word that’s in the dictionary that may not be common or a word they like they call it invalid.
No the best
Download app to play with friend however after two games Ads starting taking over the app. 2 min add after every turn. They make it ever hard to “exit” out of the ads. 99% of the time you will be redirected to the App Store for downloading the app in the ads. Game do not pop up showing active games. I’ll send games to friends right next to me and nothing comes over from their end. Not a good app.

I understand that there are ads that support the game but some of them do not time out and you can’t quit them. Even though I enjoy playing Scrabble, this mobile game is not fun.
