Suspended Before I Could Even Register
This was an extremely unfriendly experience. I understand that you need to prevent fraud and multiple accounts, but this was my very first time downloading Scrambly. I was simply trying to register, and before I could even finish creating my account or use the app, I was immediately suspended because I had a VPN enabled. The app suggested that I might be using multiple accounts or attempting fraud, which was unfair and frustrating. I have never had a Scrambly account before. I keep my VPN on for my own privacy and security, not to cheat your system or earn rewards dishonestly. I didn’t even get a chance to use the app. If VPN use is not allowed, why not simply show a clear message before registration saying, ‘Please disable your VPN before creating an account?’ That would be far more user-friendly than immediately suspending new users. Not everyone who uses a VPN is trying to cheat. Many people keep one enabled every day for privacy and security. A simple warning first would have made this a completely different experience and a much better first impression.

I just need help with support agent
I didn’t receive my reward when I beat one of the games level and I supposed to receive 60,000 coins. It was supposed to be 40,000 coins if I beat the level but I beat the level when it was 50% boost and I did a report already I haven’t had any body reply to me. Tell me out and I just need help so I can get my board that I deserve. Yes my issue is it didn’t track my win. In attracted all my other wins but when it came down to me winning the 60,000 coins for the 50% boost, it didn’t track it and it said complete level 21 I’m currently on level 22 and it’s been 2 weeks now and I still haven’t received my reward that I deserve so it said complete level 21. I completed it with a 50% boost so it was originally 40,000 coins, but I completed it with the 50% boot so it was 60,000 coins and I have proof I sent it to support already. I sent them all the evidence and they just haven’t responded to me at all and they said they will respond to me in like a week and it’s been almost 2 weeks so I just want help so I can get my reward that I rightfully deserve by completing level 21 like it say to do I contacted Scrambly support already. This will be my fourth time contacting them because they didn’t resolve or reach out to me at all and I only have 4 days left before the game is done in over with so I need help like right away because I’m gonna lose it if it runs out of the days and I only have 4 days left so it’s getting to the end please yes I need help and when I did contact the Scrambly support they haven’t reached out to me at all. It’s been 2 1/2 weeks now and the game is the deadline ends in 1 day so I’m trying to figure out when it end am I still gonna get my reward because I only have 1 day left before the deadline and Scrambly support is not responding to me and it’s been 2 1/2 weeks already I haven’t had any fast assistance

Waste of time
Truthfully if you have nothing else to do but watch ads and be scammed go for it! Real payouts BUT it’s taken days/weeks to earn constantly have to watch ads UNLESS you pay to remove them… you also have to pay to buy in game booster packs if you want to hit your goals in order to actually earn coins THEN they offer 50% more coins for meeting milestone requirements but if you want to meet said requirements you probably need to buy a booster pack..it’s an endless cycle of scamming you out of time and money PLUS the games they offer have ZERO contacts for customer support overall if you have the time to waste it’s worth it but don’t be fooled like I was if it’s to good to be true it’s gonna get you one way or another :/
To answer the developers response of corse purchases are not required BUT in order to reach milestones in a timely manner to earn your bonus you really don’t leave much choice do you? You only double winnings for a specific amount of time you only give so many days to reach milestones AND you even FORCE players to meet milestones or upgrade to keep counting steps…. Make it make sense your company is adding the “fluff” to make it sound achievable but unless you spend money it’s actually virtually impossible again if you have time to waste ok but if you actually want to achieve goals it can become expensive not worth the money or time also side note I have been going back-and-forth for days with the red redemption of gift cards that is saying it’s not available in the United States and I live in Florida they are impossible I’ve basically lost 400 “coins” they act like they don’t know what I’m talking about and I’m literally sending them screenshots of exactly what I’m seeing…

Pointless
Had a bad experience with this app, I downloaded they app. I did everything I was asked and had started building points but when I went to make a withdrawal all of a sudden my account balance was in review. When I inquired about it they asked for confirmation emails for in game purchases I never made. How the heck am I supposed to provide confirmation email for purchases I never made. They said sorry but nothing we can do. Without them. The app may have worked for other people but all it did for me was waste my time and leave me frustrated. Give it a shot but don’t waste too much time on it and don’t be surprised when their customer service is worthless.

The app is alright I guess . You can definitely earn real cash on here but sometimes they will freeze your account when you make a big withdrawal like 5 or more bucks I don’t know why but it’s very annoying sometimes it don’t track your progress every once in a while but overall it is legit and real money I’ll give it maybe a 5-6 out of 10 it could really use some improvement I shouldn’t face to wait 24hrs or more for five ten bucks if I spend actual money in the app to level up and spend hours grinding just to have to wait another day.

Steps not counted for just walking .
Turns out you have to play games for your steps to be counted and receive points . Very unfortunate .
Scam
Several times the app would not track a random reward. For example: I would earn the first 3 rewards for a game but the 4th would not register. But then the 5th reward for that same game would be added to my account.
The last straw was for a game were several rewards did not track then, right as I earned a big reward, the whole rewards structure would disappear from the app.
I tried reporting & it was never fixed. I email support and never got a reply.
I’m done with this scam app.

I just love how easy this app can be handle and reward I love it thank you
Scan site, by far the worst game app and least likely to pay anything out.
I’ve been playing games for cash/cards for 5 years now. This is by far the least credible and most crooked site of them all. They will remove goals before you get credited and unless you want to start and burn a new game every other day, the game you are grinding for credits won’t pay out anything because you’ll lose the stupid bonus period.
By far the worst customer service as well. Minimum of 3-4 week respond time but don’t count on actually getting any response and certainly not any correction or help.
Also they remove the milestones, so you can’t even report the missing credit because it doesn’t exist anymore.
Lots of better options like swag, inbox, freecash, or mist.
Hell an actual casino app has better odds of not ripping you off.
In short.. sincerely F these scammers.
Find me in the comment sections putting in work. I’ll be recruiting tons of online help for blasting these criminals all over social as well

Withdraw problems
Downloaded a couple weeks ago have played games and walked to earn rewards I go to check out for the first time ever and tells me to contact support so I do then support tells me suspicious activity and no way to fix it so I will never be able to check out. Haven’t done anything to make it suspicious.

Not a walking game
Need to play games to earn your walking steps. I was able to collect my steps before without playing games now you need to play games to earn steps. Not a walking game app anymore. Disappointed

I have been using this app for quite a long time. And I’ve never had any issues with withdrawals, until now.
When I requested a partial withdrawal of funds I had accumulated playing games, I was told my account was “under review”, and the issue would be resolved within 24 hours.
48 hours later, I still can’t make a withdrawal, and the response to my help request was, “we hope to get to you within a couple of weeks”.
The deal is, I put in the time, watch the ads, play the games, complete the tasks, and you pay me. That’s the agreement.
At this point, my faith in you honoring your agreement is lost. This was money I planned on using to buy birthday presents for my grandchildren’s birthdays.
There are too many of these sites to deal with one that doesn’t honor the agreement in a timely fashion.
