Payouts Delayed When You Make Too Much
I hit some big milestones, and suddenly every payout requires manual review. PayPal and Visa used to take minutes at most. PayPal now takes at least 24 hours at least. They aren’t a long term play.
54,004 steps and no reward.
This morning I ran 21.2 miles (54,004), yes you read that correctly. However I am unable cash out my tiny $1.20 reward unless I complete another offer. This tops the list of frustrations I have with this app. I’m doing my final cash out today and deleting the app.
Pays but it’s a PITA
I truly like the idea of something that paid me back for taking better care of myself and initially it worked pretty well. But it wasn’t too long before the app would not add rewards that were supposedly received. You have to keep adding game apps with ridiculous milestones in order continue receiving points for steps, and every transaction has a 250 point “fee” for payout. I was trying to move AWAY from screen time, not ADD to it with lame games. It does pay but honestly this one is not worth it for me. It’s been uninstalled.

They Pay!
I downloaded this app less than an hour ago and already made one dollar. I just wanted to see if it would pay and it as it says like some don’t do and this app pays so I’m gonna play more and get more money thank you scrambly!
Not receiving money or milestones
I had to make 3 reports already and nothing ever got fixed. Right now, I am missing milestones. For one of the games I downloaded, i had to reach level 500 to get 5,000 points (which is $5). But now, when i almost completed that level, the milestone disappeared. I also tried to cash out $2 and i NEVER got my money. Please reach out to me to fix this, it’s so unfair. I just want the money that I made and for these rewards to be fixed.
