Won’t let you convert your steps until you do an offer!
I had this app and I had done over 20,000 steps but when I tried to convert them the app said that they were locked until I had done one of their offers but they were all TikTok offers and I don’t have TikTok so it was no good for me! It’s supposed to be a walking app so why I have to go through hoops to convert my steps I don’t know anyway I got fed up with it and deleted the app and I will never use them again 😢

Unfair ban!
I thought this was an amazing app till my iPhone was stolen and I lost access to my old account and iCloud so I created a new account and they banned me because you’re not allowed to have multiple. I explained to them that my old account was hacked when my phone was stolen.. and if they could help me fix this so I could have a new account. They never reached back out or emailed me back.

The advertising is somewhat misleading.
Scrambly promotes itself as an app that rewards users for walking. While you do earn coins from walking, earning meaningful rewards also requires completing promotional offers, such as downloading games, signing up for financial services, and other third-party offers.
In my experience, this is better described as an offers-and-rewards app that includes walking, rather than a true “get paid to walk” app. I believe the advertising should make this distinction clearer.
