Account issues after paying for a year subscription

I paid for a year subscription and on my iPhone 16 pro I can’t even sign into my account almost at all…it works whenever it wants to and I have the app and I’ve tired though website but this sucks

Updates are buggy and causing crashes

Ever since the most recent update, the app is crashing on both my iPhone and iPad as soon as I try to navigate anything. Try to scroll down? Crashes. Try to sign in? Crashes. Please fix these bugs so we can use the service we are paying for.
