Please make sure your iPhone and TV are connected to the same Wi-Fi network, then restart both devices and try connecting again. Also, check that the app has permission to access your local network in your iPhone Settings. If the issue continues, please contact us through the support section e-mail support@tv-screen-mirroring.app in the app and provide your TV model and operating system version. Hotel Wi-Fi networks can sometimes prevent devices from communicating with each other, even when both your iPhone and the TV are connected to the same network. Some hotels also use TV systems or network settings that do not support screen mirroring. Our app works with compatible Smart TVs and streaming devices, but connection availability may depend on the TV model and the hotel network settings. We appreciate you sharing your experience.
