年間購入したのに、映像が見れず永遠と購入画面になるだけ。

ご意見を真摯に承りました。初回ご利用時には無料トライアルとサブスクリプションの詳細をご提示し、お客様の許可なしに勝手に課金を発生させることはございません。 年間プランをご購入済みなのに購入画面がループし動画が再生できない不具合につきまして、アプリ内設定ページの「購入を復元」ボタンをタップして会員資格を復元してください。 復元後も状況が改善されない場合は、詳しい不具合状況を記載し、メール support@jywfx.cn までご連絡ください。担当スタッフが速やかに調査・対応いたします。

But your app got that going over and over none stop I can’t even turn my tv off
it doesn’t my tv screen no matter what i do - but i guess it still works? kinda?
when i try to change the orientation of my phone (turn it sideways) it doesn’t turn on the TV. and when i make a video full screen on my phone without turning it sideways, the video is tiny on my TV screen.
i have had other apps that worked perfectly fine. i was trying to find the app i used to use a few months ago and came across this one. but i’m very glad i got a free trial instead of having to fork up money upfront for an app that didn’t work for me. i’m sure it works for other TVs but for me it was sadly a no go

I don’t understand why all these apps have such predatory monetization structures. The idea that casting your content to a tv costs the same as a main stream subscription service is insulting.

アプリインストールで携帯右のボタンクリックしました、その後勝手に３日間の体験プランの有料プランを契約させられる画面になり右ボタンをクリックしてください。となりました。すぐに画面をスワイプしてアプリを終了して、右ボタンはクリックしてないのですが、勝手に有料プランには契約されてないか心配です。
